Tu Casa Gelidonya Hotel

The hotel is good! Personal is good! Place in the city is good! In fact, we were satisfied with the hotel. The rooms are normal, it will do for budget tourism. But it’s far from 4 stars, not even Turkish ones. We were in early April. The food was terrible. I won’t talk about diversity and quantity. The quality of food was disgusting. This is the most terrible kitchen I’ve ever eaten. Everything was overdried. Not tasty. The soups are terrible from powder in our opinion. In general, at the end of my vacation, I lost 5 kilograms from 65 kilograms to 60 kilograms. The rooms were cleaned once in 7 days. They write that ‘all inclusive’ food is strictly three times a day. The bar is strictly until 22:45. From 23:00 to 00:00 a light snack. The soup that was left from dinner. Well, sometimes there were good desserts. Everything had to be asked. Clean the room, replace the bed/towels/ashtray. The Internet is paid. 27€/10days. There is no own parking lot, but there is enough space nearby. Stunning views of the mountains and surroundings. Do you want a beach holiday? Forget it!!! The road to the beach is through the slings of neighboring hotels.

Such a beautiful place with a beautiful pool and pool bar, the evening entertainment was thrilling especially the Turkish Dancers. Karaoke nights were fun and they had songs for English speakers too. The only inconvenience were that there seemed to be a lot of ants around the hotel but none in our room which was good.

I have not a single bad word about this hotel! They were so accommodating! My family was placed in a different hotel and allowed them to come over with only a small fee which is nothing much for family time! Hotel was clean and tidy and food was lovely!! I would recommend anyone who has a trip planned to Kemer to stay here! Truly made our experience so much better!

From arrival this hotel was like something out of a horror story! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The pool had no water in, the bars had no drinks and the restaurants had no food. The bedrooms were seriously outdated and smelt like someone had died in them! The bed linen was stained and dirty, the quilts and pillows lumpy and there were actual bugs in the bed. We had to pay for wifi despite it saying it was included and the whole experience was so traumatic we couldn’t stay there! We had to pay for a cab to a local 5 star and pay a lot of money for another hotel for the duration of our stay as we physically couldn’t stay there. I wouldn’t want anyone to experience what we did- it was very distressing and ruined the first days of our holiday. Staff were unhelpful and unfriendly and the whole thing was traumatic! I really hope we manage to get a refund as although we can’t have our time refunded, we can at least have some of our money back. Certainly not 4 star, 1 or 2 stars would be generous!

The place is shocking staff rude 😒 Housekeeping shocking was there eight day no toilet paper rooms weren't cleaned had to complain twice defenely not a four star Paid for Internet and was constantly kick of it. The food was cold half the time as lids was left open variity food was absolutely shocking same stuff most time The only good part was a nice paol

Unbelievably rude staff who are extremely unhelpful, they do not speak conservable English and will not even give any effort to understand (even after we try with translation on our part), especially when asking to upgrade to another room due to the extremely low standard we received, I will explain this further in this review. 

 When trying to book excursions they were very unaccommodating and again, offered no effort to recommend and lacked any sort of enthusiasm.

 The rooms are severely outdated and need major TLC: broken tap, damp on walls, grotty shower, broken electronics exposing wiring which can be hazardous. 

The food was very limited and basic, offering the same course for lunch and dinner. Breakfast offers very similar except for a cereal option. Regarding the bar, drinks are limited to 2 at a time- even after explaining they are for other people who are visible to them. You have to go multiple times and lines are quite long. In the result of a comically small drink. Not to mention, the bar is closed twice a day and closes at 11pm for all inclusive members ONLY…what’s the point?!

 Also no free wifi, as advertised on here. That is not true.

 An overall very poor standard, quite disappointing for a family holiday.

Delicious and various food; very spacious rooms with amazing mountain view; 5 minutes walk to the nice hotel’s beach; beautiful, clean and cozy hotel area with tangerine trees; for a very affordable price. Very good location, near the city center.

Mixed feelings about this hotel, Feedback is as follows: Not enough sun beds for size of hotel Hotel staff are not engaging bordering on rude Drink sizes are a joke even though free on all incl get a mouthful each time Food is ok but very samey each day I am not sure which rooms they have used in the photo but mine was a 70,s throwback tired crumbly and dated Do not bother going to the paradise beach offered it’s the biggest tip I have ever been to But in context it’s a great location for the town which is amazing and locals there are lovely I paid £400 for a week all inclusive so my expectations were quite low . The holiday was cheap enough for us to eat out a few times in the town Rooms aren’t serviced unless you ask specifically

Yes overall hotel was clean well looked after Bedding changed regularly rooms cleaned daily and towels renewed daily Cleaners friendly too . The food was more or less same morning noon n night boring for 4 star hotel Some staff very pleasant others but rude and abrupt The drinks were very mean servings for all inclusive especially the spirits No whisky just vodka or gin really . The one puzzling and annoying thing I found out on last day was the safety deposit box I paid euros for wasn't even anchored to wall or floor Could pick it up and walk off with it which is bloody disgusting . I'd stay again here but not all inclusive The pool was beautiful but the music played from 10a.m till 11 p.m was too repetitive and bit too overpowering after couple days . It was handy to everything with about 20 minute walk to shops and centre The beach was straight across the road opposite the hotel
