Hotels bij Okanagan Lake, Kelowna

Arrived late night. There were to hotel staff at the reception and only one of them was nicer. I was awake for two days straight and it was my first time in Canada. Everything was different back in Saudi I told the receptionist so I might need some help or if she can guide me thru. No Bell boy or anything is accepted but the rude behavior of one of the old man was not, just because I'm asian.Wont reccommend to friends and they dont even accept cashh

The hotel was extremely busy, as it was a holiday weekend. The state of the hotel definitely showed an increase in volume and turnover. Our room, the entranceway, and the bathroom floor had white marks all over it. At first, it looked like a child walked into paint and then ran in and out of the room. However, with the smallest of elbow grease, I was able to remove most of the marks from the bathroom. In doing so, it looked more like dried oatmeal, but I couldn't be sure. My point is that it was impossible not to notice this mess and that someone made a conscious decision to leave it in this manner. They did this, knowing that it was a long weekend and that guests would be paying in some cases double what they normally would pay. At these prices, with taxes,fees, etc, we were over a grand for 2 nights. At these prices, you do expect the rooms to be in pristine condition. We had spoken to a staff member delivering towels to a nèar by room. He informed us that he would speak to his supervisor and that someone would be up shortly. At this point, it was late and we were at the end of a solid week of moving. We needed sleep more than anything. To the best of our knowledge, no one tried to reach us in regard to this issue. This is a beautiful hotel. However, more needs to be done to keep it that way.

The location is great! Very near the lake, great for a short walk after dinner. There's a Lululemon beside as well. Breakfast is complimentary and quite awesome. Highly recommend anyone who is staying in Kelowna.

The front desk staff were very professional. The room was quiet and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Although the bathroom was shared with an adjoining room, they told us we could use it without issue as they wouldn't be booking the other room. You can temporarily park in front of the building to check in, but then you have to move the car to a parking lot on the opposite side, which is about a 3-minute drive around the block. We only stayed one night while passing through in June, when there were hardly any students around.

We stayed here for a night and our experience was quite amazing with all facilities. Their dining area was quite spacious and can accommodate high number of people as well as have much more food options than other hotels.

Hotel is newer so feels fresh and clean. Our room and bedding had a bit of a stale smell, I asked to have the pillows swapped after the first night as I immediately noticed the “greasy” smell when I went to bed. Although they exchanged the pillows, the second set was no better so I sprayed them with some aromatherapy I happened to have on hand. Overall nice hotel, front desk staff could be more friendly and professional, but not a big problem.

Next to Okanagan Hwy, gas stations, Walmart, restaurants, and shopping are all conveniently located. We settled in for one night and continued to hurry the next day, so this position is more suitable. 1. The hotel does not have slippers and toothbrushes, so you need to bring your own 2. There is a Chinese-speaking lady at the front desk, very nice 3, it is relatively quiet at night, the wall sound insulation is ok, but the door sound insulation is not good 4. Twin room is quite large, 1.5m / bed, no problem for 4 people 5. Budget hotel with well-decorated decoration. However, it is relatively clean. There are also a gym, laundry, and amusement facilities. 6, simple American breakfast, no problem with fullness. # Value for money is ok

Hotel is a good value The new tubs are so slippery I’m surprised that there have not been several accidents no mats on the tubs but was surprised to see a sign on front offering a mat if requested -that’s a safety issue to me

Lage ist sehr gut da direkt an Hauptstrasse die zum Flughafen sowie Stadtzentrum führt. Shoppingcenter Orchard Park direkt gegenüber. Ausstattung und Grösse der Zimmer im Tower sehr gut.

Overall, my stay was nice and it was a good experience, the Barbecue stove was very good and the location is very convenient too, but the air vent was very dirty and has a heavy smoke smell, the outdoor pool was pretty dirty too..
