Staff and amenities were top notch! Inge is a great concierge and truly catered to our needs and gave us the perfect stay! A picturesque location with a great atmosphere… what’s not to like? 5 stars all over!

Stayed here the night of our honeymoon. We were dropped off by taxi at 5:15pm. Nobody was at the front desk or anywhere to be found. It took half an hour of calling the hotel over and over before someone finally picked up and gave us directions to the front desk of the adjoining hotel which was a twenty minute walk away.
We arrived in our room to find the walls coated in splattered food and stains. The carpeted hallways of the hotel were stained and everything needed a good dusting. We went to the bar at 10pm to see a bunch of young adults all goofing around and rudely told us to leave since they closed the bar early. I really wish that we had stayed somewhere else and this place ruined the night of our honeymoon. We would have had a better time at a budget hotel like a super 8 and it would have been immensely cheaper. Stay away.

Great stay for our anniversary. The only negative was the pool and spa closing on Friday (10/13) for maintenance. Restaurant was quite good.

Our first quick stay due to an early flight from YLW, but it didn't disappoint! Fabulous lakeside location and my son and I shared a roomy corner room with 2 x queen beds. Very nice. We chose to eat in the hotel pub/restaurant with a wonderful lakeside patio/view on a balmy October evening. Food very nice and good service. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here!

The bedding was simply awesome. I’ve been in many hotel rooms and I’ve never experienced anything that comes close to comparing. Also the views were amazing from every room. It truly was an exceptional room.

Love the area and the boardwalk. The staff were very pleasant. The room was cozy, the bed comfortable the shower had a definite personality that I never quite got used to. I would stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable!
The lakeside dining room food was delicious!
Our room was good but there was no counter around the sink which made it hard to hold your toiletries, but it was a more rustic room.
We enjoyed our stay there.
