Holiday Inn Express & Suites KEARNEY by IHG

Property was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was good. Easy to get in and out. Quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Clean room. Quiet ambiance at night, even when the hotel was full. Breakfast was good, not many choices but filling and tasty.

Our family of four stayed here on our way from Dallas to Minnesota. The first thing my 8 year old said when we walked in was, “it smells so clean in here!” The hotel was bright, VERY clean, and the rooms were comfortable. A free breakfast is always a big plus, especially when you’re traveling with kids. Even our pickiest eater found something to eat. They even had grab and go bags to take breakfast with you if you needed. We grabbed a couple extra yogurts and muffins for the road ☺️. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely some wear and tear but everything else was so nice it was easy to overlook. The area around the hotel is beautiful and very safe. There’s a Starbucks just down the street also. The highlight of the stay? Probably the automatic pancake maker. 😆

Great location & wonderful accommodations. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and staff was helpful.

Housekeepers did a very cursory job. We were there for 5 days and I don’t believe the carpet was ever swept. There was a disgusting stain on our window shade, which they tried to clean unsuccessfully. They said it would be replaced if it couldn’t be cleaned, but never was. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, just adequate for travelers.

Great stay! Hannah was AMAZING!! Her customer service over the phone and when we got to the property was top notch. Other staff were at the front desk later that afternoon checking in and the next day checking out, but we weren’t even acknowledged. Not her, she greeted us with a smile and cheerful. She could seriously give training on how to approach guests. Wonderful job Hannah!

We stayed for one night, the room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was delicious. We would stay again. My husband loves Holiday Inn and it again did not disappoint.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast area was very clean and enough to eat to start the day. Shower with the glass door was nice and roomy.

The hotel seemed new, everything was very clean and modern looking. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very nice and constantly being refilled. All the staff were pleasant and friendly. Location is great for getting on or off the freeway. Gas stations and restaurants nearby and safe quiet area. Would definitely stay there again.
