Onvriendelijke ontvangst. We vroegen om een kamer op begane grond. Kon niet. Andere gasten voor ons èn na ons kregen een kamer op de begane grond. Je zet 60-plussers niet op de 1e verdieping zonder lift. We vroegen nogmaals. Moesten wachten totdat collega kwam, want zij had nu vrij. Collega zou kunnen helpen. Toen de 1e dame wegliep zei ze erbij “nee, dat kan ze niet” en lachte er hatelijk bij. Andere kamer gekregen, 110 nu, er stonden 2 gigantische mobiele airco’s te blazen in deze kamer. Onacceptabel! Wij terug, nogmaals andere kamer gevraagd. Nu hebben we een kamer op de 1e verdieping, we hebben de koffers met moeite boven gekregen. Iemand van het hotel had kunnen helpen. Er hebben 5 (!) vrouwen achter de balie zich ermee bemoeid, maar de oplossing was niet adequaat. Er waren meer ontevreden gasten op hetzelfde moment. Geen service, uitgelachen worden door de medewerkster die net vrij heeft. Onacceptabel!!!!

Very pleasant and clean motel. After a long day of being on the road it was great to have a comfy bed, oversized room and clean facilities. Breakfast was limited but enough to get on the road with. Breakfast area was very clean with a nice outdoor seating area as well. Most staff were pleasant. Take some time to go to gift shop. They had soon cool things at reasonable prices

We had an issue and had to experience the worst customer service. Issue is still not resolved. We will be taking this further. I've tried emailing calling but they're ignoring the issue. This is not professional at all.

nice room, and quiet. breakfast was strictly continental, so we dined out for dinner and breakfast. staff was friendly and helpful. this was the only motel that I had made reservations for during our long vacation. nearby to monument valley

The bed and towels were were clean and bed, comfortable, but the room was a little tight. The property is about 24 mins from Monument Valley Welcome Center. Breakfast was skimpy. The only protein was hard boiled eggs. They had fruit cups, though.

Nice place. We stayed here after a long day of traveling and finishing up at Monument Valley. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower had amazing pressure and plenty of hot water. The towels were thick and fluffy. Good wifi in the room. There was a basic continental breakfast with biscuits and gravy and a pancake machine included. I enjoyed the outdoor seating for breakfast. There wasn't too many choices of places to go for dinner. I thought the price was a little high, but considering the location I guess it's to be expected.

Great base to explore Monument Valley. Itr'swell situated at theend of town closest to the drive out there. This motel is very clean, rooms are nicely decorated and spacious, beds comfortable. The indoor pool is lovely. Staff friendly and helpful. Nicel little gift shop. Breakfast the best we've had on our trip with a good selection of hot and cold items. There is indoor and outdoor seating. So glad we opted to stay here

Very nice! At the edge of town toward Monument Valley. Small, quiet, spotlessly clean. Friendly and very helpful staff,and a good breakfast. Reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again.

Very basic motel in the middle of nowhere. We had two rooms side by side, but down some stairs from each other. It had rained a bit and I nearly fell on the stairs. They were so slippery. I didn't feel overly safe in this area. We saw a lot of homeless and people asking for money. When we went for dinner, one even knocked on the window of our truck, saying she needed money for diapers. The breakfast was okay. Very basic, but it served it's purpose. This was definitely a one and done for us as we passed through the area.
