We were accommodated well. A recommended hotel! We will definitely go back.

The hotel is nice and very near the JR train station. It come with breakfast and very convenient. The staff are friendly even they try using google translator to communicate to us and treat us very well. Wife and boy got some packs each for them and happy with the kind gesture from them. The room is quite big and clean and overall very happy with the stay and totally recommended to stay.

I booked here because I have no choice and weekends too. the rate of the room when I booked was a bit expensive and I thought it’s a love hotel becoz the bath tub is big with massage blower. and they have complete with amenities, the only thing that disappoints me is the breakfast, u have 2 option bread or rice not sure looks rice with hamburg anyway it's better to buy from the convenience store just saying.

非常好的酒店！第一，離JR西川口站很近，3分鐘可到，坐京濱東北線極方便，一路可到赤羽及上野車站。再到秋葉源。除了交通方便外，酒店天天打掃衞生，房間還較大！有獨立的廁所和獨立的按摩浴缸，乾濕分離，房間裏配冰箱及咖啡機，有浴衣拖鞋，二樓有洗衣機及烘乾機，對長期在外旅行的人，都希望能有換洗衣服功能的酒店，收費低廉。周圍吃的飯店也多，是東京周圍經濟實惠的酒店。工作人員客氣，待客如賓，熱情招待，使人感到温暖！下次去東京仍會選擇此酒店！並會推薦親朋好友來住！

物超所值，酒店遠超預期，這個價格撿到寶了，居然還帶早飯。
可能是西川口治安不好導致酒店便宜，但遊客入住感覺很好，前台也超級熱情。
