Our hotel room was infested with roaches. We saw one coming out of the shower and on the wall in the room. I paid 300 dollars for a small 2 bed handicap accessible room. Only to find out all their 2 beds are handicapped accessible rooms. We were in room 715 and felt disgusting after leaving our room having to empty and check all.of our belongings to make sure we didn't have any hitchhikers

My wife and i got married this day, and i made a request for newlyweds. No extra service was provided when they said they didnt something extra for me. I also booked a room with a KING BED, and walked in and there are 2 DOUBLE BEDS. what a great experience for my wife and i on our wedding night. We chose this hotel because we thought it would be a great experience for our first night as a married couple. I was completely wrong, and upset. Needless to say i will never be staying there again as well as hilton and their affiliates.

We stayed here because it was so close to the t-mobile center. Very nice room with comfortable beds. Quite too. Although we were not quiet, as my two young boys played and jumped in the room. We got no complaints. This is a beautiful hotel and we really enjoyed our visit.

Beautiful property which was well decorated. Very quiet rooms with really comfortable beds. We slept really well. The only problem was a heavy vanilla-cinnamon scent that was in the entry way by the main desk. It really affected my asthma. I asked about it and front desk clerk started that it was their "signature holiday accent". You could smell it all the way up the elevator. We decided to not try the restaurant because I'd have to walk through it.

Everything was really great and really cool history of the building on display. Great location with lots of food and drink options and the streetcar stop is super close. Easy walk to KC Live! Which is always a fun time. The only thing I could really complain about was there was not a fridge in any of our 3 rooms.
