Prima hotel voor verblijf op Corfu. Kamer zijn netjes en modern, prima bed. Wij hadden half-pension en het eten was echt goed. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en diner a-la-card. Maar de echte plus was toch wel Dina en haar personeel. Zij geven je direct een zeer welkom gevoel.

Een prachtig hotel! Ruime kamers met alles wat je nodig hebt. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en uitstekende service. Elke avond wordt er wat leuks georganiseerd bij het hotel. Het eten was van zeer goede kwaliteit. Super aardig personeel van het restaurant, tot personeel bij receptie, bar. Heerlijk zwembad met comfortabele sunbe Hier wil je elk jaar naar terug komen!

Een goed hotel met mooie kamers. De douche is niet uitgerust met een thermostaatkraan en must voor een hotel vind ik, tijdens het douchen wordt het water koud en als je het iets warmer zet bloedheet en de douchedeur kan pas open als je de douchekop tegen de achterwand draait. Ontbijt is goed maar niet erg uitgebreid. Personeel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Bij het zwembad wordt eten op porselein en drank in glas geserveerd vind ik erg gevaarlijk bij een zwembad. Voor ons 3 sterren en geen 4 zoals alltours het aan bied.

1 week holiday. We were placed in a room across the road which was a beautiful quiet spot however the room smelt stale. The safe was not secured down and although we asked for this to happen it didn’t happen so not able to use it. Pool area immaculate and clean. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice However evening meal was shocking, no labels to say what the dishes were and was luke warm when it should have been hot. Toilets by the bar area had no lock and the hand towels were not kept topped up. The pool did not have any depth sign up saying how deep it was. Kavos itself was a dump. Beach filthy. Not suitable for older people so should only visit here if you are young and like the clubbing scene. It’s the small things that can easily be corrected that matter

I would highly recommend this hotel, the deluxe rooms are lovely and loved the large comfy bed. All the staff are amazing, very helpful and friendly. I've never experienced Customer Sevice quite like it, they go above and beyond for you..Outstanding! I am Gluten Free, the Chef showed me every day what I can/can't eat, very grateful thank you. A lot of good variety food available. The pool area is lovely & relaxing, the sunbeds are so comfortable. The entertainment of the Saxophone player was fabulous! Thanks again for a great holiday I wish you all the best for the future 🙂

Had an issue with a shelf falling when we hung somethings on the hanging rod, and air conditioning didnt work. Went to front desk and explained and they investigated and moved us to the next room. Which was good and we had breakfast and dinner included in our stay. Quite lovely.

The hotel is so beautiful ...the food and drinks are so tasty...I met Alexandro he was so kind to me with a nice service and smiling...it is the best hotel in town!!..................................................................

Alexandro is my favourite person for cockatails, he is the best in the business!! He does anything you want and in a swift tomw amount, very happy with the cocktail service here, as a 20 year old travelling, really happy with the price and amount !!

Incredible!! Alexandro provided excellent service :) the resort is beautiful, food is great, staff are very attentive. Highly recommend! Corfu is a beautiful island and this hotel really elevated the experience. Thank you Alexandro and the rest of the team
