Had a fantastic day at the hotel, the food was so good, and the staff was friendly. The day out package was really worth it. The location of the hotel was really convenient for us in many ways. Simply loved the hours we spent at the hotel, definitely made some good memories. Thank you Full moon hotel staff.

It was fantastic stay at the hotel and the Sunday lunch buffet was sumptuous. Rooms are newly done and the linen seems to be new. Rooms are specius and the breakfast superb. Thank you very much for the service and the staff was very helpful. Definitely we will visit Full moon again for the next summer

I had an exceptional stay at Hotel full moon . The room was spacious and clean, with beautiful decor and city views. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making the experience truly memorable. The breakfast buffet were fantastic, and the hotel’s location was ideal, close to shops and transport. Highly recommended for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Katunayaka

The most excellent time I had with my loved ones while enjoying superb food with the great hospitality provided by a friendly staff.... since Full Moon Garden is located near to the Bandaranayaka international Airport, it is best for tourists to have their accommodations near by the airport and in a place which has access to all the tourists attractions of Srilanka... Late evening in the pool next to bar enjoying delightful food with the quality of service provided by the staff, my stay at Full Moon Garden Hotel is at the top of my list... not only the that but also have to mention about their cost which is highly reasonable for the amount of food and other services they provided.

The name of the Hotel should be changed to Full Moon with Mosquitoes. Very poor facilities and services available. No food varieties and desserts are also the same. Rooms are not cleaned regularly, and there are no basic things such as water, milk, tea, or iron in the room. Don't waste your money booking this hotel.

It's a really nice hotel and the staff is very good. The next day I went there to have a birthday party and Mr. Hiran gave me really good support and good service. I'm really happy. The food needs more improvement. I was not impressed with the food there. I am also thankful to Mr. Hiran

Worst hotel stay during our two weeks in Sri Lanka. We picked this place because it was close to the airport. That and the lovely lady at the check- in are about the only positive things I can say about this place. If you stay on the weekend, you might experience loud bands. We called to find out when the party was planned to end and were told the mgr would call us. Of course, that never happened. Next call we were told the music would end at 10:30. Yep, no way. At midnight the band stopped but the party just moved to the hallway outside our room. I guess nobody thought there might be guests that weren’t part of the party. Needless to say, with a 4am wake up call, we only got about 2 hours of sleep. When I tried to discuss it with the front desk manager, he would not even discuss it or even look at me. The room was clean but it is very tired and in dire need of paint, furniture upgrade and some bathroom maintenance.

Worst place to stay if you are looking for place close to the airport. Their service is a joke. We got a food poisoning after having diners at their restaurant. We are 100% sure that this is due to the food from the restaurant here. We have checked everything and it can be traced back to the food here. The kitchen is filthy and the staff unkempt.

The worst hotel stay ever!! The hotel's cleanliness levels were beyond disgusting. There were so many mosquitos in the room that my 5 year old daughter has 7 bites on her face alone :( I raised the concern to the reception and they said they ran out of the repellent spray. There was a dirty plate outside of the room through the whole night. The buffet tables were crawling with ants, and there were ants in the room too. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, with the tap nearly broken and black mould all around it - ew ew ew! Please don't stay there and waste your money, I was shockingly disappointed with the Sri Lankan hospitality!
