Dear Sir, No proper response of the Reception and from Room Service. When enquired for drinking water during 9pm in the night, they said they will provide but no body turned up. They never informed it is chargeable as well. Next day morning called reception, no body picked up. So called room service for water. Room service asked me to bring water bottle and fill water and take back . Shocked to know this type of trea**ent . So went directly to reception at 9 am de***ded for water . They said only 2 bottles will be provided per day without providing any water. Finally ***aged to get 2 bottles if water. So not felt comfortable staying. Rooms not cleaned on the second day morning also. Waiting for customers to vacate after a day . Towels are maintained like normal lodges . Not very hygienic SRM should improve Quality of Services to have more customers. Need to train your team for a better service to Customers Morning break fast was good. Not to hurt anybody but in a good intension Regards Anand

Kingsize rooms are very spacious… restaurant is good vishnu priya & Seema are the only waitress's & were kind enough with warm welcome…. Suggest to change uniform of waitress's as the attire provided seems more likely they are working for an institute and not in a hotel.

I had a great stay, the rooms are luxurious compared to the cost. It's absolute value for money. I had stayed here a decade back, and now after the renovation it is exceptional! The breakfast buffet was perfect. Hospitality of the staff is great, I arrived a little after mid night and had no issues with the check-in. It was quick and stressfree.

Great hotel, nice food, lovely rooms. I was there for 4 nights in early April and although it was the height of the summer season heat, the hotel was very comfortable and aircon was in every room. Great stay overall would recommend this hotel.

The restaurant was awesome.Vishnupriya Madam was polite and gave us very good service.She remembered our taste and the food was served instantly.She was extremely helpful. We are very much delighted by her service. Yogita Acharya R.no 1207

I was stayed Frist time it was very good , friendly staffs and HK team was done great job, will visit again thank you all special thanks to Mr.Harikrishnan he was very helpful during the stay thanku all. Food was good Bathroom was very spacious Aminties was good I will recement my friends

Most friendly and help full for tha staff, It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient..... Thanks for your support vishnupriya

Staff Ms. P***l and her team is very cordial and cooperative. Ambience is good. Food is very tasty. Swimming pool is not working, under renovation. Gym not good. Equipments needs servicing and room is very stinking. Basic amenities are good and up to the mark.

Very tidy rooms, good care, hospitality, staff, surroundings. Good food, great care, good reception, nice bar, nice cuisine. Room service is quick and responsive. Good air conditioner. Services in the restaurant are also quick and efficient.
