The customer service was terrible. Every time they lied me. There is no hair dryer as amenities. After my complai they said they will give me but its all lie. And i booked one month in advance but once i get there they said there is no room available which i booked and they gave me lower grade room, which is terrible.

People's NOT HONEST... requesting a SECOND paiement after paiement online, the money was correctly debited on my bank account.

- Внимание: в гостинице есть комнаты категории «deluxe» без окон!!! Информация об этом при бронировании не указана! Изначально бронировали номер «Deluxe» с окном, но на ресепшене при заселении попытались дать номер без окна, сославшись на отсутствие номеров с окнами в категории «Deluxe», а за номер категорией чуть выше пришлось доплатить.
- В некоторых комнатах отвратительный запах нафталина;
- Окна в ванной не закрывались;
- В моей комнате было внутреннее окно, через которое всю ночь проникал свет.
+ Достаточно тихо.
+ Удобное расположение.
