Worst Experience with the hotel. Both owner and staff are not cooperative. The hotel in opened just yo make money not for customer stay. When I asked for the room they said they are under construction and also not empty according to their check in time and when I asked for room change first the accept to change the room by evening and we went for outseing, after returning they refused to change the room. if anyone book this HOTEL YOU FEEL LIKE THAT U ARE STAYING IN GARBAGE

When Pashupathi Nath ji beckoned our chairman during the Shivrathri period, it was very evident that the accommodation has to have a view of the temple so as to bask in the reverberating aura. Hotel Narayana was the undisputed choice since it is situated at a stone’s throw distance from the temple. We halted with them during our previous trip a decade ago when they used to be Hotel Maharaja. Mr. Anil was most accommodative when it came to packaging a good deal. The staff were very courteous and helpful. While the roads were packed with people throughout the Shivrathri period, it was most convenient for our Chairman to stay indoors and yet stay connected to the temple by way of the darshan of the temple towers. Since there was a floating pilgrim population who came in groups, it got a little noisy during nights and early in the morning with guests shouting out and communicating in the corridors. Other nights were rather serene and peaceful with the splendid view of river Baghmathi. Food was good and served with love and care. Conveniently located and maintaining good standards. Good luck to the team.
