Lack of Hygiene. TV wasnt working nor AC. Towel was so dirty. Bathroom was okay but the water ughh yellow. Customer service was okay thou. Expect for the bedsheet, it felt like the room wasn't clean for more than a year. Breakfast was simple but the plate was so dirty.
