衝著星野去的，沒想到就是個青年旅舍，但是卻是酒店的價格，公共茶水間需要自助，牙刷浴袍按需自助領取，沒啥服務可言。走路10分鐘之內可到高原教堂石之教堂榆樹街星野温泉…… 沒有晚餐衹有早餐需另付費JP1300，見圖。

附近有溫泉，雖然有一點距離，但有接駁巴士接送，很好的服務👍🏿
不過溫泉又要再收入場費，而且有紋身的客人要購買遮紋身貼紙，最多4張，費用有點兒貴😖 但溫泉的質素是一流的！戶外露天溫泉比室內的舒服得多。

BEB5 is one of the brands Hoshino Resorts offers. Hoshino Resorts is a Japanese exquisite group of hotels and their qualities are undoubtful. So, I dare to say some things that you should check before you stay. -Yagura room is suitable for family use. But some points are dangerous for very small children. The loft including a bed space has only a low gate. Children can easily climb it up and they are in danger of falling. The stairs for the loft have no gate. This is dangerous as well. -You have to pay in cash or with a credit card when you buy something in the hotel. Breakfast is the same. Anyway, you can't stay in Hoshino resorts at this reasonable price any other than this hotel. I strongly recommend BEB5.

今次入住星野度假村BEB5，大堂空間非常寬敞，可以在此玩桌上遊戲或一大班朋友一齊聚會。房間十分清潔、有浴缸可浸浴，亦可用房間到星野溫泉享受到半價浸溫泉。

結婚式の前泊として利用。 若い人向けの宿と聞いて不安だったけれど、不安が的中。本当に残念な気持ちになった。 まずフロントが信じらないほど無能だった。 タクシーの手配を頼んだら自分で電話しろと言われたけれど、クッション言葉とか全くなし。かなりイラっとした。 お盆の時期でタクシーが捕まらないのは仕方ないし、手配に責任が持てないから自分で連絡させるのは仕方ないけれど、言い方と言うものがある。 そして、新しい施設なのに枕元にusb電源なし。若い人向けの施設と言われていただけに、これは不便過ぎる。 今どきスマホの充電にacアダプタ持ち歩く人はいるのかと思う。 そして館内の案内図がなかった。経費節減？のためかもしれないけれど、避難経路とか知らせなくていいのか。。。 色々残念な気分になった。 良かったところは、マットレスとかはビジネスホテルより良質だったことくらい。 星野リゾートに泊まるのは初めてだったけれど、多分、もう行かないと思う。

この宿は，１泊１人¥10,000前後で泊まれる安宿だ。 安普請のせいか，近くの部屋の音が聞こえる。 人件費は，最小限のようだが，シーツ・タオル・コップなどは，連泊でも整っており，掃除もきちんとされている。 星野温泉 トンボの湯 に行くには，交通量の多い道路脇の歩道を通り，食堂の多い商店街 ハルニレテラス を通り，夜には真っ暗に近い道を行かなくてはならない。 温泉まで，１５分は，かかるし，雨の日には，道を歩くのが，つらい。 シャトルバスも，少ない。 今どき，温泉は，簡単に掘れるのだから，BEB５内に，掘ってほしい。 ハルニレテラスの食堂群は，最高の店ではないが，悪くはないし，価格は，BEB５に似合っている。 星野リゾートに来ると，いつも，星野のハイテンションに浮かされてしまっている，自分がいる。

友人と一緒に利用。部屋はシンプルであるが、清潔感があり、過ごしやすかった。 一番の特徴は、TAMARIBAと呼ばれる、共有スペース。 持ち込みOKで、楽しく過ごせました。お酒も入っていて、謎にカードゲームで盛り上がってしまいまいした。 小雨もふっており、外のウッドデッキは少し寒かったが、季節によっては楽しくすごせそう。 日中は星野エリアでゆっくり過ごすのもよいですし、軽井沢の自然を楽しむのもよいと思います。

3月の平日春休みに利用だったので、他の客も少なかったというのもありますが、利用者に若者が多いかと思うので、繁忙期だと喧騒や施設からサービスの施しを希望する方は避けた方がよいかもしれませんが、子連れには基本的にセルフサービス的な感じで気を使わずにとても快適でした。部屋はヤグラタイプで子供は大興奮。狭さを感じさせない遊び心ある作りで十分でした。部屋内の施設はそれなりに使用感はありますが、お値段もリーズナブルなので全く気にならず。施設全体のデザインや雰囲気も値段以上のオシャレ感があり記憶に残る滞在先になりました。

リビングが中庭につながっていて解放感が最高。中庭にはファイアービットもあって気持ちいい。細かい規則がなく、気軽に過ごせる
