Gute Alte Hotel, die Lage ist schön.Mann kann untererdisch anderen hotel laufen.Zum beispiel Wellness oder Restaurant.
Sauber und ruhiger Lage.

Super sauberes Hotel, tolle Lage
Preisleistung top. Schwimmbad war sehr kalt ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert!

The hotel is normal, the rooms are very clean but requires a little refreshment/renovation, the staff is very friendly, the food is excellent - I recommend half board. Spa and wellness services are ok. Parking is in front of the hotel, although there is a limited number of parking spaces (10 eur / day), they also have a small garage (12 eur / day), both for an additional fee. English makes them a little problem... But everything can be date :). They speak mainly German, Czech, Russian... The city is nearby, accessible by city bus, car or on foot (a little longer walk). In general, it is worth a visit, both the city and the hotel. If you take any of the wellness packages, you already have predetermined hours and days of visit, so you will not be bored.

Nice hotel with a friendly staff . Close to bus stop and a 15 min walk to the center of a Karlsbad . Swiming pool quite big .Food vary each day , can do not complain , our rate 9/10. Clean & spacoius room . All about - just fine.

We definitely didn’t get experience we expected from 4 star hotel. Feels like there is no service at all, nobody explain how everything works here or what do you get with your booking. We booked two rooms with our friend and were separated in different buildings. Staff didn’t do anything to help us to resolve the situation. Yes, there are 3!!! different buildings In the end we ended up in a tiny room with even smaller balcony and a view to a parking. Light is turning of in 22:30 so you don’t get chance just to sit and talk with your friends. And even if I can understand this rule I totally don’t get why I can’t seat on the terrace as a hotel guest with my own drink. Come on it’s just water!!! So we are very disappointed and can not recommend this place for stay.

I have been going to this resort as my favorite holiday destination since 2008 and I can say that the quality of service, food and spa care is still as excellent, in some ways even better. I highly recommend both for a short rest and for a long-term trea**ent stay.

This place is so bad it made me join trip advisor. I have absolutely no idea how they were granted 4*. I booked a double room for myself which was very basic it was clean however, so no complaints there. Well except for there was no tea and coffee in the room, just a note saying it was available to buy downstairs. I had come to Karlovy vary to work and we live in Prague so my wife dropped me down. We arrived later than expected and it was raining so I didn’t want my wife to drive home alone. Realising our position the hotel decided to charge her the same price for the night (in the room I had already paid for) as I had paid for 5 days. This felt very opportunistic and set off my stay to a poor start. Went down to breakfast in the morning to be greeted with a nostalgic smell of school dinners. Nothing like sweaty scrambled eggs and pale bacon to start your day. To the spa(?) the whole place is on its last legs nothing like the photos. The plunge pool was still filling when I arrived at 8 which pretty much rendered my visit pointless. The staff were all polite and helpful except the lady(?) on the night shift who was as helpful as dead dog.

The resort is good, room was conveniently located and cleaned regularly, food in the restaurant was good, and the medical trea**ents were fine. It would be great to have a kettle in the room, not only the coffee machine. For the medical trea**ents schedule - it would be a good idea to schedule them earlier, as they always coincided with lunch, making it very difficult to plan in the meal.

I can't help expressing my disappoin**ent with the poor service, language barrier, and lack of responsiveness to basic greetings. Except for the door-key and the wending mashing in the lobby, this is a “time capsule”, in service and facilities 🫣😮💨😬. I the Czech Republic 🇨🇿 is trying do “dig it self out from the past”, but everything starts with trying. Not a single staff member bothered to respond to a basic morning greeting. It is common courtesy to acknowledge a guest's "good morning" or offer a polite response. Overall, I would advise potential guests to consider other options that prioritize customer satisfaction and basic communication skills. If you don’t like to try the “time capsule”? Sorry 😣!
