The overall color tone of the hotel adopts a low-saturation neutral color system, which shows taste and gives people a warm and elegant visual experience at the same time. It is complemented by warm burgundy and a touch of fresh light blue, coordinating and balancing the "vitality" and "stability" within the space. 酒店位於老城區，就在客運站旁邊，從火車站和火車站過來都有公交車，很是方便。正對克拉瑪依賓館，如家商旅和如家酒店是同一棟樓，暖氣很足，衞生間很大，床很舒服。

服務：很好，無論是前台還是客房服務態度都很好，早上出門急問客房服務大姐要瓶水，大姐笑着説看你們是兩個人多拿一瓶吧，一瓶水温暖人心，果斷續住。👍

房間非常寬敞整潔，還免費贈送了早餐，服務態度非常好，停車方便，周圍飲食也很方便，到酒店很晚了，還是很熱鬧！

不在市中心，不過離黑石油景區算近的，房間性價比不錯，正常快捷酒店標準，門口停車位數量還可以，但入住率高，去的晚可能會沒位子

這個酒店和如家商旅是一起的，商旅酒店這邊有洗衣房，包含洗衣機和烘乾機，很全面，還配有洗衣液，洗衣服很方便，訂了neo的房間也可以過來使用。前台服務態度好，環境不錯。酒店內部衞生可以，可以開窗通風，洗澡水夠大夠熱，這個對於旅行居住體驗很重要，一天奔波到酒店就想洗個水大又熱的熱水澡，緩解一天的疲憊。廁所是馬桶式的，水挺大。床的體驗還可以，不是很軟那種床墊，太軟的話會睡的腰痠背痛，也不是太硬的床，整體體驗可以。房間還配有農夫山泉礦泉水。

設施：很好，尤其衞生間面積很大，很寬敞，非常喜歡，還有24小時免費空調
衞生：乾淨衞生，沒有污漬
環境：不錯，出門就能打車，滴滴很方便，門口就有公交車站

入住的時候接近深夜，前台服務很一般，入住和退房都如此，估計生意好就無所謂了。安排的房間一進去味道就很重，太晚了就不高興找前台換了，開了一晚上得窗，房間很小，轉個身都困難，設施很普通，自駕新疆遊，一路每天換酒店，這個如家酒店的服務和價位沒有我在其他城市住的舒服，性價比也不高。早餐9點多去吃，東西就很少了，很一般。總之不是很滿意，刻意選的如家，看中的就是它的品質，這家有點失望。

非常好的一次入住體驗，工作人員服務非常熱情，房間打掃得很乾凈，早餐種類豐富，吃得很舒服。坐落在老城區，周邊寧靜而安逸，有現成的停車場，很推薦！
