The room exceeds all my expectations. It’s big, clean and the location is very convenient. The staff were also very approachable and provided food and sightseeing recommendations to us.

Hotel was conveniently located, which is less than 5 minutes walk from Kaohsiung Main Station. There were quite a number of fast food outlets and convenience stores nearby. Houyi Shopping District is just behind the hotel.
For check-in, we had to use the automated self check-in kiosk but it was pretty easy to navigate and the staff at the reception was ready to help too. Nice and friendly staff at the reception, which was 24/7. The room for 4 pax was clean and spacious enough to put 3 big and 1 small luggages. Highly recommend Papo’a Hotel and will definitely come back if I visit Kaohsiung again!

Quite disappointed about the stay, based on the reviews to book the hotel but it looks so old and room was small, facilities not up to a hotel standard even paid so much for the stay . Will not recommend to friend .

Perfect location right next to Kaohsiung main station! Room is small and cozy, bed was a little soft for me but not a big issue for short time stay, laundry room right down stairs was convenient.
Front desk staff was helpful. Would stay again for business trip!

My parents love the hotel as the staff is kind and the amenities are well enough. They washed the clothes before leaving hotel too. We’ll stay again when we go KHS next time.
