Great location. Very close to the beaches and sunrise view points. Accessible to the main jetty point for taking the ferry to Vivekanand rock memorial also. They provide delicious breakfast too included in the booking.

We enjoyed our short time at this hotel. It is close by to restaurants and the local market.
Only one criticism is the bathroom with the state of the bathroom door which is quite badly damaged at the bottom of the door. Not a big thing but easily remedied. I would stay there again.

This is an OK budget hotel, great for back-packers. The rooms are OK, there is sometimes warm water in the showers, and there is a good basic breakfast with idlis, puris etc.; beds are comfortable but the sheets are old and greying.
But several of the amenities advertised are not in fact offered: there is no shuttle from the airport (with or without extra charge); there is no laundry service; there is no housekeeping service; there is no gym; there is no restaurant (except for breakfast); rooms are certainly not soundproofed!
So be really wary of what is advertised everywhere online. They do not respond to queries, whether through *******, or through email. Phone enquiries five brusque response.

The Hotel was not a Family destination. The Rooms were ok as per reservation but bathrooms were leaking. The Hotel doesn't have an inhouse restaurant and is dependent on food and beverage from outside arrangements. Only breakfast is provided. We had to skip breakfast as from 7:30 - 8:30 the large groups were having breakfast and we couldn't find space. Not a pleasant experience. The staff was courteous though.

This was one of the terrible experiences i have had as a traveler. The pictures of the hotel is not at all close to what is in reality. There is absolutely no parking space and our car was asked to move a few times within 30 mins. As i was checking in, the person insisted on me paying cash instead of using a card. After asking quite a few questions on why it is a cash only transaction , he agreed to accept card at checkout Finally got to checking the rooms and the rooms were filthy, the carpet was unclean when asked to clean it , they just shoved the dust to a side and said it is already cleaned. They would not replace the carpet .

No fan in bathroom. No beach view from any room left or right. Heigene wise also very bad- the room wasn't clean and when asked to clean, the cleaning lady put the bathroom mattress on the sofa set on the side of it. The helping staff agreed to give toilet paper roll but no one provided. The best thing was the food. The taste was very nice.

Bathroom toilet won’t flush. Dirty will never stay again. Horrible. Ended up staying across the street
