The hotel was nasty and smelled horrible Had roaches crawling all over the room and lots of rough looking tents Was loud and unclean would never stay there again Just gross and unsafe

I had damages in my room and bathroom. The entire hotel had a bad smell to it. The floor I was on. They had 3 trash cans full of trash. Never thrown away. How do I know about the trash? I put a bag in and it was never dumped my entire stay. I’ll never stay here or recommend to anybody. Also each night my next door neighbors were very disrespectful. Blaring the tv and my head was right at their tv.

Pool was freezing and never was warm during stay. Cockroaches were in our rooms. Breakfast was good, Staff was friendly. Room cleanliness was not good, Old bars of soap in shower, only one towel and had to get more. Cockroaches in the room and Shower.

The first room i had was cockroaches a nd the 2nd room was better but gvae me terribe pains in my legs because wpuld not hhet everybody happy

I checked in after dark, around 5:30pm. It took roughly 15 mins a there were 2 other people ahead of me. The receptionist was also folding towels and sheets for one of the people ahead of me.
I got a suite, which had a sink, microwave, small refrigerator, couch (couldn’t watch tv from it), desk with computer chair (had patches of the material gone), a closet and tv that was angled on top of the closet with cabinets that divided the bed from the living room.
The toilet was broken and didn’t flush. The handle was cracked and not connected at all to the inner parts that make the toilet flush. I had 1 towel, 1 wash cloth, & 1 hand towel but my reservation said 2 people would be checking in.
The safety latch was broken so it offered not protection if someone would have tried to break into the room.

We had roaches in our room. Was lied to about the times for breakfast. The room stunk. Very disappointed and would like a refund. We drove from our of town to visit family for the holiday. And it was late and there were few choices but I wish I would have made a different one.

Sadly, the property is in need of repairs. That seems to be expected since Wyndham has obtained the hotel and will be putting some money into it.

My shower rod was broken. The bathtub did not drain. The television had 15 channels. The condition of the room was tired and needs an update. The desk clerk insisted to make a copy of my driver's license and keep it on file. I stay at several hotels annually and none make a copy but instead view it to confirm the occupancy. I will not stay here again.
