The place is great, with a beautiful view of the sea. The beach is a bit of a walk but nothing serious. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean, although there was some trash outside my door that was taken away only a day after i arrived.
Overall great experience!

바다뷰가 좋아요 직원분이 친절하고, 트립에서 예약하면 저렴해요 청결도는 논ac룸은 보통이에요 수영할 수 있는 해변은 5분 정도 더 가야 하는데 이 리조트는 절벽 위에 있어요 밤에 파도서리를 들으며 잠을 청할 수 있어서 대만족입니다!!!

The location is great. The staff were also very helpful. Areas of improvement: my room a/c kept switching off automatically and it couldn't be fixed during our stay ; also, the water pressure was very low in the taps/shower.

Kanbay resort has a great location by the beach and friendly staff, but the rooms were average with no extra facilities. A good option if you’re looking for a simple stay with a nice view.

1. Behaviours of property manager was horrible, not a welcome to provide glass of water also
2. When we requested her nicely to change the room due to not hygiene and smelly ac rooms. 3. After multiple requests, she started talking with bad behaviour and my sister and locked the rooms saying that stay or get out. I been harshening by waiting of 2 hrs with three kids with out water and food. Also i was not expecting such a pathetic service not taken any action after i complain about my stay same day and didn’t check-in also.

Utterly inconsiderate staff with rude and impolite behaviour, unwelcoming. They asked to check out and find another places as soon as we started pointing out the uncleanliness. Rooms in terrible condition, including cobwebs on windows and doors, strong stink as soon as you enter in the room. No blankets and bed sheets were dirty. Bathroom was in a state of disaster with a broken toilet seat, rusted hanging hook, and broken door, broken pipe of the sink. Dirty and worn-out doormats adding to the overall unpleasant atmosphere. When we showed the doormat and broken door, they blamed us that we tore the doormat and broke the door, the staff supervisor job i asked us “don’t you have the same doormats at your home, don’t you adjust at your home”. The head of staff started shouting when we asked for refund or another room her words and language “how many times do i have to tell you” “if you don’t feel comfortable here you can check out” “why will i give refund” “i have a lot of other work to do i can not talk to you for your problems”. Staff needs to understand that someone has come for a holiday to relax and enjoy, there is no joy in breaking the door or even touching the dirty doormats to tear them, they should think before putting any absurd allegations on the guests, they need hospitality training urgently.
