Hotel Natures Feast

Hotel service at natures feast is quite bad. they showing you good and provide u the worst room for them at their hotel. it was soo bad experience of our group at this hotel😒. Never think of dis typ of response we get form them....🙏

This hotel is perched on the mountain in Mcleandganj and can be acccesed via on a dirt driveway. It’s not close to ammenities either. The car park is just dirt too. A steep staircase leads to the reception. We were shown to our 2 rooms we had booked. The rooms were very spacious with balconies however the balcony was dirty and had poo.My room bathroom reeked of sewerage and both rooms had dirty linen so housekeeping had to change the sheets and pillowcases.There was a curtained space outside our room which was covered with sheet of corrugated roofing which gave access to monkeys as shown in the picture. Cleanliness was an issue as shown in the pictures. There was no heating/ cooling in the room. We paid Rs 300/ night for extra heating which should have been included in the base price like other hotels in similar places.

Everything was excellent. Food was good and the services were mind blowing. Great value for money. Room was well equipped and comfortable.We were very pleased with our stay. Would love to visit here soon.

We booked 2 rooms for our family of 4 adults through World Travel Arc.But we all wanted to stay in a Family Room and we requested hotel management 2 days before check in to accommodate us in Family Room which was available at that dates and they obliged us for Family Room for free.Staff services are above the mark.Totally satisfied with food as our breakfast was included it was ala carte due to less guests but all we offered was delicious.Stunning views from our family room were visible.One thing to mention that the approach road to hotel about 100 mtrs is very steep.Need to be a perfect driver to reach.Rest everything is perfect.Ambiance is also very good.Cleanliness washrooms lights in room all is cherry on top.

Hotel staff service is accommodative and very helpful. Can improve towels quality, bathroom water outlet, exhaust fan condition, tv - no cricket channel

The location is good but the kitchen services are not proper. I reached at 3 pm but the room was not ready.

Awesome view from family suite, food was great every dish was too much yummy. Cooperative staff, neat and clean rooms with wide private balcony having valley view. Well spent 4 days in nature's feast.

Ambieance was excellent. Room were great. Balcony view with waterwall outstanding. Amazing experiance. Splendid experiance with my family
