We sliepen op de 4e verdieping, maar zelfs daar was de muziek uit de eetzaal op de 1e verdieping letterlijk te horen. Personeel was in ruime mate aanwezig, maar absoluut niet capabel dingen op te lossen. Het buffet was lekker, en mooi opgemaakt. Drankjes waren aan de dure kant, zeker omdat de op de rekening nog automatisch servicekosten en belasting boven op de menukaart-prijs worden gezet. Op kamer en badkamer 404 waren de nachtkastjes kapot, en de kamer is weliswaar heel groot, maar zeer fantasieloos en onpersoonlijk ingericht.

Ik ben in mei 2023 geweest met een groep. Ik heb deze hotel heel goed ervaren, prachtige ontvangt en super klantvriendelijk. Mooie grote, nette en schone kamers. En het restaurant was heel heel erg goed en gevarieerd, manager dhr kingsley met de rest van de medewerkers heeft ons goede zorg gegeven. Ik raad deze hotel aan en ik geef een 8 voor deze hotel.

De kamers in dit hotel zijn enorm en erg comfortabel, met een heerlijk bed. De eerste avond aten we in het restaurant, maar dat beviel niet erg. De zaal is kaal en ongezellig en het eten ok maar saai. Ook het ontbijt was ok, met slechte oploskoffie, wel erg lekkere verse broodjes. Op de laatste dag waren er ivm het weekend meer gasten en was er een geweldig ontbijtbuffet. Je moet dus een beetje geluk hebben. Complimenten voor het personeel bij de receptie. Ze regelden van alles, van vervoer naar het centrum tot een boeking voor kookles.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff were very courteous. The only thing that disappointed me was that we had booked 2 nights half board. On the second night we were expecting a buffet style dinner, however it had been changed to a very limited a la carte style menu. They had done it due to a lack of customers but they could have informed us at breakfast. The restaurant manager did however do his very best to give us some better choices of food but still a disappointment. Overall I would be happy to return in the future.

Good staff and service. Overall a relaxed 2 days. Spacious rooms and accommodated 3 adults and a kid. Location is prime and can walk around as well if you want to explore the surroundings. We were a large family group and had no issues and they also have a shop attached with decent pricing.

We stayed for a couple of nights at the hotel and except for the room, nothing was good about the property. The service was too slow, both for housekeeping and dining. The food was bad - always cold, even at the starting times and with hardly any variety. There were insects and mosquitoes loitering on the food items (had shown it to the manager too), the chefs at the live counter did not even have a cheese omelette. I am not sure how it has been categorised as a 4-star property.

Centrally located in Kandy on main road, spacious rooms with all basic amenities , Room had good views of Kandy landscape Very helpful staff . Decent resturant with buffet options including outside open air seat Decent swimming pool Overall a good place

Overall the hotel is good. One major drawback was the dj during dinner. Simply way to loud. The music choice was ok (always debatable). Note that he plays only some days, not all days. You might be able to avoid him. Also the speaker system in restaurant and halways sounds bad. Should be switched off and repaired or replaced. Apart from this, our stay was good!

Best place have ever been in the kandy to spend the leisure, food varieties should be improve and room service is the best ac facilities and room facilities acceptable.highly recommend that place for the visitors
