Heel leuke ontvangst met drankje en handdoek. Hotel ligt hoger en een beetje afgezonderd van de drukte van de stad. Kamer was zeer mooi en ruim. Badkamer was uitgerust met bad(jacuzzi functie) en douche. Airco en ventilator aanwezig. Ook ventilator voor buiten op je teras. Mooi zwembad maar hebben wij niet kunnen gebruiken door het onweer. Eten is zeer goed. Verschillende keuzes en ook zeer goede curry en rijst. Ontbijt is zeer verzorgd en heeft een uitgebreide kaart. Personeel is steeds zeer vriendelijk

Luxury stay nestled in the hills of Kandy. The room was excellent - the service, both at the room and dining - was impeccable. Subtler nuances - extra water in the room, cleaning of the bathroom without being asked to do so, excellent quality of the extra bed - absolutely top notch. The food was delicious. Scratching my head to dig out improvement areas - perhaps the pool ladder could be a little less 'loose', one of the blinds in the room was 'slipping' when pulled, the shaving razor/creamer were not replaced once... In all, an absolutely no brainer - go get pampered!

A very easy place to be with wonderful Sri Lankan hospitality. Our room was amazing and super comfortable with lots of space and amazing views of the trees and the monkeys were very entertaining. The food was great! The Sri Lankan curry was delicious and huge!

Received an upgrade to their best room - sadly we were only there for one night - so did not get to appreciate everything there was to offer. The towel animal folding was absolutely brilliant, the room beautiful and the gardens amazing. So nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Kandy, but close enough to get to the key tourist activities. My only negative would be that the breakfast menu was very western - it would have been great to have traditional Sri Lankan food such as hoppers available.

Beautiful and tranquil place. Great staff, housekeeping and service. Delicious food. We had a wonderful spa treatment with Ranuka.

We had a fantastic experience at King’s pavillion. The location and the views were gorgeous and the personnel took very good care of us. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, and spent time by the lovely pool. The rooms were large, and the bathrooms really beautiful. We were very happy with our stay, would recommend this.

We had an incredible stay at Kings Pavilion. The staff was incredibly attentive and kind. The views are spectacular. We were only here for one night but the dinner was absolutely exceptional and the breakfast was lovely. Wish we had more time here and look forward to visiting again in the future.

The hotel is serenely set in the hills above Kandy. The hotel and rooms are beautifully designed in modern Sri Lankan architecture with a beautiful garden, view and pool. The staff are super helpful and professional. The food is amazing. It offers both a Sri Lankan and western menu. It is close to Kandy but not too close. We would highly recommend it to friends and family.

Fabulous place to stay. Great food, service excellent. Room was a dream, very private and surrounded by beautiful plants. Animals and birds abundant. A real. Retreat from the hustle of Kandy only minutes away. Can’t thank the staff enough for making our stay so memorable.
