The rooms could be a bit cleaner, and the walls are very thin I could here what was going on in the room next to me, and there was a couple of kids team that were loud.

I've stayed at this hotel several times now; I enjoy how clean, quiet, and nicely decorated the suites and the hotel itself are!
The bathrooms are beautiful, very clean, and well-appointed, as are the rooms themselves.
Very pleased and will stay here again when my travels take me through this area once more.

這次行程最滿意這家酒店！真的很贊！酒店位於渥太華西邊的科技產業區Kanata，有很多IT行業差旅人士。酒店很新，前台南亞裔姐姐很專業，入住時詳細介紹酒店的注意事項個免費設施。房間乾淨舒適。早餐很豐富，炒蛋和腸仔味道不錯。（酒店沒拍照，發張渥太華的風景吧）

Perhaps the most efficient staff service I've received in a hotel in Ottawa (and I've stayed in many, from Chateau Laurier to Holiday Inn Express). They give you the impression that they do care about you. I guess it is the advantage of being a smaller hotel. It's just inconvenient when you don't have your own transportation. Even the mall across the street is quite a walk. Perhaps they should have shuttle service to the Tanger or Canadian Tire Centre.

I really liked this hotel. It was clean, new and had a very nice complimentary breakfast. My only dislike was the water pressure and temperature fluctuations in the shower.

This is an absolutely terrific place to stay, very friendly, staff and helpful for local dining suggestions. It was a really nice touch that the manager was making omelets for breakfast and getting to know his customers. I have some kids of experience in the hospitality, field operations of hotels and resorts. This manager and his team knew how to do it pleasant departure from some of the higher end properties that lack service and cleanliness.

Great stay at the Microtel! 30 second walk to the Tangier outlets, brand new hotel with a great pool and hot tub. Highly recommend for families

Our second visit and it’s not our last.
Cannot beat the location and the friendliest staff anywhere.
Our pup loves the location also, pet friendly and treats and pats with smiles.
Awesome staff.
