청소가 엉망이였고(침대시트에,와인이 묻어있었음-심지어 축축했음) 드라이기가 없었음

I can’t understand why people complain about this place. We came for a guys golf trip and these facilities were perfect for us. Everyone got their own room. There was a fridge and microwave. It couldn’t have been more convenient.

The rooms and bedding were filthy. Staff no smiles not happy. The rooms we got were not satisfactory to our group size

Heating/cooling cannot be adjusted,
Electricity off at 7:30 (it was announced) resulted in shower in dark and elevators not working.

The property is generally good. Better than some brand name hotels. The rooms need a little bit of upkeep though. Carpet is not as clean and the chairs in the rooms need a bit of upholstery cleaning. You get good value for your money though.

I booked a hotel! This one is a student doom, the room is very bad smell due to smoking from inside, I refused to stay and asked receptionist for refund my money that paid before receiving room but….I strongly recommend ******* app withdraw this one out of your app and refund my money!

Basic Dorm room type of facility. Stayed in a suite with 2 separate bedrooms which is nicer than a single room with 2 beds when you have more than 1 person sleeping.
