The hotel was newly renovated. I like the design of the lobby and our room on the top floor. All the staff at the check in counter and hotel restaurants were polite and friendly. Carlos was the most helpful and considerate staff. He not only helped us to make phone reservation with a restaurant but also took initiative to give us good advice.

百年老店了，衹有一樓大堂及餐廳做了翻新，其他樓層都很陳舊。給的房型與預訂房型展示略有不同，不影響入住就沒換。沒訂到大雪酒店，這家在馬路附近，坐公交車走去也不遠。酒店服務沒有像其他日本酒店那樣彬彬有禮，前台有位短髮女孩很熱情，其餘幾個男的都愛理不理，中文很流利就是不説中文，來日本三次住了不少酒店，態度冰冷這家數第一。晚餐非常單一，衹有自助，沒有第二種選擇，周邊又很冷清，沒有什麼商業氛圍，我住這裏三天，早晚都是自助大家懂的[Cry]並且，自助晚餐攜程2人也就200多，前台購買要11000日元2人，差價300多乘以3晚，不要太坑了！其實出來玩也不圖省錢，本來想靈活晚餐到處都嘗試一下，沒想到踩到了大雷。另外提醒一下，可能是老建築翻新限制，整個樓都嗡嗡的響，像是什麼機房的聲音一直在你耳邊繚繞，不論睡覺、用餐、泡湯，對聲音敏感的人不要選擇，會影響入眠。

房間有點老舊，部分房間會感覺有味道，不過温泉很好，早餐海鮮很多，早餐非常優秀。

飯店地點很好，離纜車站很近。房間很大間非常高級。晚餐餐點有螃蟹吃到飽，補貨很快很好吃。五樓有戶外浴場，很舒服。

リニューアルして、すごく綺麗でした^_^部屋も広くて快適でした^_^食事のバイキング会場が狭いこと、食事の受け取り場所が狭いことが不満でした！食事会場を改善できれば、素晴らしい評価をいただけると思います！
