Excellent service and location. Only downfall was the size of the bed, the small double really was a SMALL double. Very uncomfortable for a few nights.

這酒店位置很好，去鹿兒島中央站很近，附近很多食肆，酒店二樓可以泡湯，放假休息最適合在這裡住。去櫻島碼頭，步行半小時左右就到。

酒店櫃檯職員親切友善能說英語，酒店內房間大堂潔淨有暖氣，浴室空間闊洗手盆夠大，花灑力度足夠，2樓大浴場，水溫很熱冬天浸很舒服，女湯每天不同密碼很安心，有護膚產品提供，可惜沒有提供化妝棉片，如有會更理想。地點在中央站坐市電10分鐘，落車對面就是，樓下便利店，行去天文館站約6分鐘路程，附近有不同食店，整體滿意。

大晦日 ゆっくりしたくて宿泊
駅からも繁華街からも近く立地は最高です
施設はお世辞にもピカピカではないけれど 丁寧に清掃してあり合格点です
元旦の朝のバイキングは おせち料理がずらっと並んでとても満足です
おせちを作らなくて良かったので助かりました！！

從來沒有提醒是十點退房，十點半突然打電話説要加收錢。別的酒店都是十一點退房，這個太小氣了。打電話時候説加收2300，結果到了前台收了4600，問他為什麼剛剛説是2300現在變成4600，她理直氣壯説就是4600，叫她出示收費標準，她説沒有。

お部屋は清潔で綺麗だったので快適に過ごせました。また窓からの眺めのいい部屋だったので外を見るのも面白かったです！

環境很乾淨，每天可以泡溫泉，走完行程相當消除疲勞。職員也很有禮貌出入都會打招呼。周圍環境舒適，亦都交通方便。
