There is no makeup room the 2nd day although is written in their rules after 3 days only the cleaning at least to make up to make sure we still need a dry towels and to empty the bin

I've stayed in this hotel twice before, but this time it is the most disappointing experience that I've had in this hotel. The room is clean, that's good but it is poorly maintained. One light near the headboard of the bed did not work, the lightbulb was missing, most of the electrical plugs and sockets did not work, the telephone was not working... Overall, it has been a disappointing experience.

Very low quality restaurant for a congress center hotel.
You also have to wait more than 5 minutes to get hot water for the shower.
Staff is very polite and helpfull.

We were in a rush for breakfast, which was supposed to open at 6:30. At 6:45, they were still setting up the buffet, we would have had to wait another 10 minutes.
