In terms of location and hygiene were all great. However the lifts were the only thing that really need to upgrade on. Only 3 lifts were working, and each lift was really small and slow. Very often have to wait for at least 10 mins just get on the lift.

Getting to the letter/post box is troublesome, lift situations also takes a long time. The room is clean and beautiful scenery, can provide with tissue box. But everything else provided is very detailed

Slightly dusty in the room. Water heater does not work properly. Curtain is also faulty.
Lift services is total disaster. Have time wait 45 mins to an hour to get up or down.
Nice view from high floor and easy accessible to KSL is a plus.

Nice location, besides KSL mall.
Big room with 2 rooms with 1 double + 1 single bed for each room.
Will stay again next time

Had a fuss free checked in. Apartment is very clean and host reply was fast. Will book again for my next trip

Love the cozy and spacious room but due to my sensitive nose, I’m able to pickup this hospital smell which is really disturbing.
The smell lasted throughout the whole stay and despite spraying my perfume and any fragrance I got, the smell still persist…..
I had to stop breathing through my nose and only mouth )::::
Also another thing to touch about is the communication during check in.
The contact details listed is not clearly stated and I had to look high and Low for it. Bcos this is an apartment not a legit hotel therefore this issue.
After searching high and Low for the contact details, to my horror is the wrong contact and I was redirected….
Omg.. then I managed to contact and get the apartment details.
Not a ideal check in process but great location la.
So you pick your poison :)

Cozy, Relax, and HUGE room for groups or family.. this is definitely a recommended one.. so if you’re looking for a budget friendly with a great location and polite OIC to contact.. this property IS A MUST.. Good Job👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Not really well prepare for us as no one contacted us about anything on WhatsApp.. abit lost and need to call over to find detail.. room in the beginning was not prepare for us.. Thus we wasted 2 hours switch room while getting wifi and heater up.. but overall stay was good and the staff helping us is friendly
