Very convenient and near to JBCC , just opposite Komtar mall🎉

-nearby malls
-breakfast was very good
-toothbush/paste, slippers, bottled water, cofee, tea, (2 each) plus shampoo and contioner

-beside a bar and not for light sleepers, band can play up to 3am😜
-100 RM deposit (refundable)
Still highly recommended, hassle free check in/out

Location is superb, rooms are a little small but still manageable. The aircon is not very cold and occasionally spews out ice.

I stayed in Room 803. Very noisy at night due to the pub next door with live band till 2 am. The temperature of shower not hot enough for me. Location is very convenient to all tourist hot spots and shopping. Good value comparing to the surrounding expensive hotels. I will come back next time but will request the room not facing the main road

Check in process took about 10minutes with a queue (15mins) on a weekday with only 2 counters (both check in and out).
Location is good, walking distance from jb city sq.
Not sure why the aircon was leaking at night, probably nv do maintenance. Ok for 1 night stay.

Room big enough for 3 people. If 4 could be abit cramp. Breakfast is halal certified but kinda limited. Great service

a great experience with the hotel. the room is small but since we only stay to sleep at night and mostly shop on the day, its good enough. breakfast spread is good enough for the price.

Location is good and walkable from custom. Room is ok but seems with some age. Very basic amenities. Breakfast is ok.

The concierge staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze took only 5 mins.. but the cons is only given 1 key card so if my husband going down to smoke I need to follow cos need to keycard to access the lift .. breakfast was acceptable nice but not much choices but staff was friendly especially Ganesh, he went the extra miles to help my husband get another cup of coffee as he clears my husband empty cups.. definitely a good place to stay... Room was just nice for the two of us

Very good location and nearby to custom. Room has comfortable bed. But hotel breakfast only have few choices.
