Check in was smooth room was ok, saw a cockroach crawling into the drainage in bathroom while enters. This is a connecting room so sound proof is a no no you can heard next door swiping tiktok whole night. If you are Malaysian make sure you book without tourism tax cause if you ask the hotel they will said it’s chargeable even you are Malaysian where other hotel will do a refund.

This is our 4th staying here. We chowed this place because of the close location to Bukit Indah. We always had our dinner at the dinner right after check in. The next morning breakfast was similar. They didn’t served omelette so a little disappointed but the rest of the dish was ok ok. But anyway, we love to come back here because of free parking and close proximity to the mall.

This hotel is great.
It has all the necessities you need to get a decent rest and to recharge. Breakfast is decent too!
don’t be fooled by its appearance on the outside as like what others have mentioned.. it a whole new era on the inside.

I stay just one nite , but i think this hotel absolutely great and super clear..i see so many bad comment about cleanest ..but so far i stay , that not so much to complaint

When we open the door to our room, there is a very smelly smell (suspect is dead cockroaches smell). We stayed there for 3d2n and there are many dead cockroaches outside our room and also 1 in our room. Have to get the staff there to clear for us. To be honest, we also don't know if there are any cockroaches hiding in our room. Usually u will only find small cockroaches instead of the big 1 but theirs is adult roaches!!
As for their breakfast, not very fantastic and also I saw MANY ants or maybe mites in their PLAIN porridge. Told the staff and also showed them my bowl but they only took away my bowl but leaving the rest of the porridge there.
But the good thing is, the hotel is just next to McDonald and walking distance to Aeon.
