looks grand at lobby, but corridor considered rundown with odd smell and peeling walls and ceiling, carpet was dirty as well, room was ok, spacious, clean, no odd smell

This is my go to hotel whenever Im in JB for the weekend. From the service right down to the quality of the bed, its all tiptop for me. Love the ckeanliness and the size of the rooms. And the price is reasonable. The ssrvice has improved trenendously frm my first stay till now. Keep it up. Will definitely choose Grand Paragon always.

Best location away from crowded human traffic. Walking distance to KSL Mall. Room very clean and big. Breakfast very good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Check in and out very easy.

Excellent location. Grabs are easily found. Great cleanliness rooms are big and spacious.
Price are worth it.
Will definitely come back for a second stay.

Good location, 9mins walk to KSL. Just across Pelangi plaza. And the room and toilet are spacious.

Hotel is old but room is clean. Basement carpark is dirty and has sewage smell but otherwise the whole hotel seems relatively clean. Basic amenities are provided, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, hand soap, cotton bud, shower and shampoo. Only shaver not provided. Location is good near KSL mall.

Love the hotel. The food for sahur is superb. So much varieties. Love that the hotel is huge. Everything’s great!

The hotel was a bit dated, and the
bathroom definitely needs updating.
Location is close to KSL and
reachable by Grab from JBCC.
Room amenities were next to none,
and their buffet breakfast was really soso only.
I won't prefer staying here again,
as with the given price and quality,
I could definitely either find something cheaper,
or something with a better quality than this hotel.

Stay 1 night with breakfast, we get city view. Everything is gd👍my child hv fun at the pool, except toilet door cant lock and the bathtubs stopper doest work too is stuck. We hv dinner at KSL. Is our 2nd time here. Will come again we love their buffet breakfast 😍
