No disposable slippers and hand towels. TV images were fuzzy and there was no sound from one channel. However, extra hangers, one toilet roll and some toiletries were given promptly upon calling the Housekeeping. A parking fee of RM4 was charged when we tapped out of the carpark even though the card was validated at the counter. However, the buffet lunch and Hi-tea were delightful and we hope to win the lucky draw.

I went there to run errands at nearby building. For the price, the services and room is fine. Photo is the surroundings.

overal for me this hotel 7/10. room is big than i thought. i got room with balcony so i can enjoy night view from hotel love it. have a bathup, dry kitchen, dining table. but sadly breakfast doesn’t have many option.

Free shuttle to mid valley.. allow us for early check in with no charge.. also free upgrade but the room is abit old
Breakfast buffet is not bad @ RM28 per pax
Nice food centre within walking distance .. cheap food and beers

Good location. Good service. All was good until I found a small cockroach at the edge of my bed when I woke up one morning.

Walking distance from custom. Opposite of R&F mall. Nearby have mini mart and mamak.
Got a free upgrade for this stay. The room is spacious however the hardware is too old. The bathroom door got smashed and the bathtub got stain which made it look worse.
But the bed and duvet is great have the softener smell. It will be great if you have charging ports nearby the bed.
Overall the stay is still good.

The room was clean, and very spacious. However, they didn’t provide toothbrush and then wanted to charge us when we asked for it. Water bottle refill is not complementary.

Hotel location were good if you plan to enter Singapore for a day trip. These Hotel will be a real boost once these MRT completed!

The receptionist is nice enough to give me a room upgrade. Hot water and lights working fine. Even the microwave is working too even tho it’s an old hotel. Just opposite is the r&f mall but nothing much there. The upgraded room is super big, there’s a living room , mini kitchen , mini baloney and a bed room. No bath tub tho.
