Perfect location. Opposite the hotel there is lotsa food for you to enjoy. Here’s my all time fav hotel.

Nice hotel and the room also big and clean, there are supermarkets, food squares, and convenient stores near the hotel, which is very convenient. There are fewer breakfast types, but the ingredients are fresh, and the overall is okay

Bathroom was not clean. Used towel can be seen. Pillow have a bad smell. Breakfast not bad. But all staff are friendly.

The toilet pipe has chewing on it and there were tiny hairs stick to it. The towels are with stains. The bathtub looks unclean. It was uncomfortable for both of us.

Room was not clean as towels with stains, bedsheets had minor stains and very old bedsheets. Even the pillow cases too. See photos of pillow and pillow case colour. More visible clearly on the eyes than photos. It is not on the first day only but the next 2 days also. Requested for new clean white towels but only 1 is clean the rest still same ****s. That also goes to other rooms too as others guest weren't happy at all. It seemed that the Management and the hotel GM just simply don't care despite many complaints. I wonder the hygiene association not doing the inspections on hotels. This is worrying near future if not tackle of cleanliness.

basic toiletries are provided, but would recommend getting your own toothbrush tho. wardrobe was pretty dusty, main controller panel was faulty, limited TV channels and power points available.
chose this hotel bc it comes with a bathtub and location is very near KSL mall! overall, can’t expect much from a hotel with such low price point but not too bad!

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.

Book 2 nights stay. Terrible experience.
Hotel room air conditioning with control panel. Only 1 main switch. Can’t adjust temperature at all.
Went down to front desk for help. And will send help to the room. No one turn up.
Bed sheet is dirty with stains.
Headboard is extremely dirty and disgusting.
Have request to cancel 1 night. However hotel didn’t allowed.
After afew request and sending email into trip and hotel. Finally managed to cancel the 2nd night.
Thankfully…
During check out. Front desk staff and duty manager.
They were mumbling within themself saying we are the keyboard warrior and also asking inbetween themself about air con can control meh?
Hotel should send their staff for training.
If you have problem with your guest writing email in. Than don’t bother having a email.
