Location is good. Room & toilet is spacious. Ok for couples / friends but not so for families with kids.
Room had a damp smell but we brought our air freshener from the car to make it better.
Many restaurants nearby so ordering food from Grab was a breeze.
AC needs time to cool the room but Technician came up and was very helpful.
Valet guy was great. Front desk staffs were not friendly.

Great service, but soundproofing needs to be improved,It could also be that the guest in the next room laughed loudly . The environment is very comfortable.

superb location, pasar malam just across the street. Save so much time with the CIQ nearby. Only thing is traffic tends to be a little jam in the area, but thats expected over weekend/friday.
Staff were warm and welcoming. Really recommended to stay here and leave your luggage there when you are out shopping!

Z hotel has always been my favourite bc of their affordability and cleanliness. However this time it has disappoints me. Room 1701(corner room) the toilet has a very strong sewage smell.

Located conveniently near many dining options, with security on site to direct you to the car lift that leads to a private carpark. Fuss-free check in and check out process with very friendly and polite staff. Bed does not feel like 1.8m wide as listed, but room was clean and comfortable.

Connecting rooms with 2 single beds and 1 double bed, with a common area and a kitchenette. Large space and nice layout.
Located within walking distance of city square mall and pasar karat night market.
Great service, good stay. Thank you.

It’s a 10-min walk from City Square. Slippers was also included, room is huge but there were burned marks on the bedsheet.
