Location is good.. we can request drinking water bottles, when we back to hotel, also we requested for towel.
Many eatery shops around this area, traffic flows very smooth. Recommended to stay at this hotel.
Lobby is very beautiful.

Room that was assigned to us was dirty upon entering, hair, wrappers on the the floors. Requested for a change of room. Overall the room looks dirty due to the flooring design. Experience was very meh, will not come back

2nd time staying in this hotel. For the service n friendliness of staff I will give à thumbs up...but the facilities can be improved. Shower head is half defective n toilet door alignment is out.

When I entered the lobby, at the reception, there's a smell that I cannot explain. For sure it's annoying like a carpet that has been soaked and never dried and the room smells like someone smoked inside. Like, I wanted to request an air freshener

Toilet not clean. Got stains on the floor. There was a cockroach inside the bathroom.
