Pros: - spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at affordable price - clean with complete basic amenities, additional request is a WhatsApp away - free parking for guests - nice pool - great view of Johor Bahru city and Singapore can be seen from the balcony Cons: - limited choice of breakfast - no strict access to other floors hence security at risk

Thank you so much. We've had a great stay! Very clean and comfortable. The security, receptionist, houskeeping, and waitress.. all the staffs were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fine.

We arrived at 4pm for our 3pm check-in and was told we had to wait 1 hour 40 min before our room was ready. There was no compensation for this. Other than that the room was large and clean, basic amenities available.

The good Rooms came with 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets and a living area/ kitchen. Spacious for a small family/group. Beds were clean and comfortable. Good black out curtains in the rooms. Aircon worked well. Place was clean. No bed bugs issue. The kitchen came equipped with basic utensils and plates. Staff were friendly and helpful. The so-so Location is good only if you are going around by car. The narrow/high carpark is a challenge best handled by seasoned and skillful drivers. Some construction going on around the hotel. On the high floors we could hear it faintly. The bad (pls fix) :( All heaters were not working. Wifi with internet access was non existent. The main door’s digital lock ran out of battery. Couldn’t access the room. Had to change to another. We stayed for one night only. Any longer would have been impossible. We have stayed at cheaper places with less issues. The hotel lobby is nice and modern. But the amenities/facilities are in need of improvement and proper upgrading and maintenance needs to be carried out.

Cleanliness was decent for the price of the room paid. Overall a spacious room with basic room amenities. Location is okay just that there will be roosters from the neighbourhood that starts calling every now and then. Easy to order food delivery services. WIFI was really bad, intermittent connection and sometimes there is no connection at all. Would be good if something can be done to improve the WIFI signal. There was no in room phone to call for room service or front desk. They provided a phone number to WhatsApp. However, after texting them to request for more bottled water they did not respond. Texted to seek help for late checkout and wasn’t replied. Disappointing customer service. Would be better if the lift had keycard access to limit any trespasses. I’m sure hotel stayers would appreciate that security provided.

Worth the money! We get 2 rooms with 2 beds, breakfast and the place is still new. It’s like a service apartment. Friendly staff and good facilities. Sometimes it’s like a treasure hunt to get the key for the apartment/condo homestay which I found it rather inconvenient and yeah we don’t have to do it here😁 Just that, limited choice of food for breakfast and the parking aisle is really steep😱

Very bad manage. There is no value for money. Is cost almost 800 for a room. Which I could have gotten a five star hotel facilities elsewhere. Total not recommended at all. Breakfast is like hawker center, cup and plates are not available, table not clean up after others finished. L This is the first time I purposely take picture to share in the review. I am a regular traveler!
