The family room is spacious and comfortable.
The hotel is abit old but good enough for my family stay throughout and their staffs were friendly. Will definitely come back again next time.

Was introduced by my colleague Mr Tan, we had a wonderful stay at Hallmark Regency. Mr Tan had brought me to KSL night market, as compared to Singapore, it is a totally different experience. As behind the hotel is the food court, it is so easy assessable, there is totally no worries on food, as there are a wide variety of foods available. My wife and myself is looking for the next outing to Malaysia, Johor Baru. Definitely the pace is way slower compared to Singapore. It is definitely one of the most enjoyable trip to date . Thanks again for Trip com to give us a totally different experience stay in Johor Baru.

Hotel location is considered good. 10 minutes walk to KSL mall. Behind the hotel there's a food stores selling local food. Recommended.

The hotel is in an excellent location. There is a public park just 5 mins walk from the hotel. The public bus from JB Sentral to KSL stops in front of the hotel.
The buffet breakfast was wonderful, mix of western and Asian cuisines. Staff was very helpful and patient..
