On the arrival at the hotel on my first day.. my room was not ready at 2pm and check-inn is at 12h00. In my first room 215, there was a huge patch of mold in my bathroom above my shower. I complained and advised I'm allergic to mold. I was given another room and had a terrible experience of discovering a mouse on my pillow at around 2am in the morning. I have a video as proof of the mouse in my room. I was unable to upload the video and took a screenshot of the mouse. I complained and went out for the day and when I returned the evening around 8pm, nothing was done, no mouse trap or poison was seen. The same morning I discovered the mouse, I went to shower, I had cold water. The indoor heated pool smells terribly like damp. The place is unkept and needs to be maintained, definitely not a 4 star, very disappointing. The housekeeping and receptionists are very friendly and do their best to assist, the manager is just not doing anything at all, can't reach him and won't do anything to compensate for any discomfort you experience. I do not recommend this hotel. I have uploaded my photos,

Palm continental hotel johanesburg is very beautiful and 4 star luxurious hotel very neat and clean. Rooms are big and service is good. Lal qilla restaurant is also in hotel premises lal qilla breakfast and food are too much tasty and fresh overall best 4 star hotel and I enjoy my stay in P c hotel

I spent 4 nights at this hotel. Clean, quiet and Well located. Room are bit enough and big enough. Good staff, very discreet. The food was perfect too. A parking is in the compound too. I did enjoy my stay there.For sure, I'll come again.
