Really satisfied with this hotel. All the staff were very accomodating even though there’s language barrier between us. The staff even offered to bring you snacks at night. The cleaning staff always greeted you in the morning. They also provide free transfer with premium MPV to the national park. The room was clean, all the amenities were there as stated and they even served you with free apples and oranges in the room. All in all, I would definitely come here again in the future and recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

De superieure service maakt de reis nog hartverwarmender: pas na het inchecken besefte ik hoe aangenaam verrast ik was. Ik kon niets aanmerken op de service van dit hotel. Vanaf het moment dat ik boekte, nam de receptie proactief contact met me op om me te helpen met het regelen van transfers. Bij aankomst hielp een toegewijde medewerker me met mijn bagage, stelde reisroutes voor en regelde een ontspannende afternoon tea. Aan elk detail was gedacht, waardoor de stress van mijn reis volledig werd verlicht. Van de lobby tot de binnenplaats en de kamers, het zorgvuldige ontwerp en de goed georganiseerde indeling van het hotel tonen duidelijk de doordachte aandacht voor detail. 's Avonds, terwijl ik baadde in de warmwaterbronnen, keek ik omhoog naar de sterrenhemel en mijn vermoeidheid verdween onmiddellijk. Het was de attente, maar onopvallende, service die ervoor zorgde dat ik me zelfs in een vreemd land thuis voelde. Als de schoonheid van Jiuzhaigou overdag ligt in het landschap van meren en bergen, dan ligt de schoonheid van dit hotel in het uitbreiden van deze natuurlijke schoonheid naar elk moment van rust. Als ik de kans krijg om nog eens terug te gaan, blijf ik zeker nog een paar dagen langer om te genieten van het ontspannende moment en de schoonheid van de natuur.

I am not the type of person who usually leaves a review unless I am really impressed. Also, my mom, who traveled and stayed with me at this hotel, told me to give this place a good review and a 5-star rating because of the great experience we had. Even before we arrived, I contacted the hotel to make sure which type of room would fit all of us, and to ask about the weather and what clothes and items we should prepare. We also asked them to make sure that the taxi driver who picked us up from the station was safe and had a work permit. All of our messages were replied to within seconds or minutes. During our stay, they provided a lot of free mineral water bottles, which was very important for us, so we never ran out of water. They also provided very good and complete amenities. On the first night, the floor heater in our room was not working, so they gave us an additional large heater, which made the room very warm and comfortable. They also provided drop off and pick up service to the Jiuzhaigou entrance, which really helped us, so we didn’t need to walk about 800 meters to 1 km in below-zero temperatures. They even helped us book a taxi when we were going back to the station. Although they missed our request for a bigger car (since there were four of us with big luggage), I understand that it was difficult to find that kind of car at that time. The driver who took us — I’m not sure, who he is, but I think he is the boss (since the staff, asked lots of questions to him)— could speak English quite well and understood us even though we spoke broken Chinese. They also gave us a late check out at 3pm Overall, it was a very pleasant experience staying here. They treated us not just as guests or customers, but really cared about making sure we had the best experience while visiting Jiuzhaigou. The only downside of this hotel is that the bathroom is a bit small and there are no hooks to hang towels or clothes. However, this was not a big issue for us at all. I highly recommend everyone to book this hotel.

The B&B environment is beautiful and quiet, far exceeding my expectations. The room was also very clean. The hot water kettle is the kind that heats directly, which is very convenient. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic; she carefully explained how to use the room's facilities and even helped with luggage. The breakfast was also very generous, and you could get free refills if needed. The driver provides free pick-up and drop-off to scenic spots, which is super convenient, and he was very enthusiastic about introducing the local specialties. I'm extremely satisfied!

Omgeving: De locatie is relatief afgelegen en het is niet handig om te eten. Gelukkig heeft het hotel een restaurant. De yak beef soup pot smaakt goed en de portie is groot. Het hotel lijkt geen vloerverwarming te hebben en noorderlingen zijn niet gewend aan de temperatuur 's nachts. De geluidsisolatie is niet goed. 's Nachts hoor je duidelijk de tv naast je, de gesprekken boven en de airco buiten het raam. Toen ik vroeg opstond, was de lift kapot. Het hotel zei dat er een shuttlebus naar Jiuzhaigou is. Op de dag dat we vertrokken, ging de bus kapot, dus werden we met 3 auto's opgehaald. Er was geen volgorde en het was te koud, dus namen we een taxi. Jiuzhaigou is zo mooi! De moeite waard om te komen

(”I hate this place!!!” is what I would have said if the staff had not come to our rescue. During our 3D2N stay, we had moved into 3 different cabins. In the first cabin, the rain shower felt like weak rain droplet due to weak water pressure; then toilet had weak flush that our poop could not be cleared even after 30 over flushes, and then the flush stopped working. We changed into another cabin the next morning as it was already late at night. The second cabin also had issue. When we turned on the floor heating and air conditioning heating for more than 4hrs, it was still not working and the room was still at 3 degree Celsius. It was really cold and we had no choice but to wear our winter gear with heat packs on us, figuring out if the heater would finally work. The staff provided us a portable heater (refer to last picture) as we would not want to change to another cabin anymore. However, our toilet flush stopped working and this forced us to change to the 3rd cabin. This would have been a wonderful stay if the room's basic facilities had worked normally. But thanks to the excellent service of the staff, we could tell they really tried their best to fix the issue immediately whenever we raised the problem. Now for some really good things we appreciate about this place: 1) If you are looking for a nice glamping experience, this is the place to go. The room is beautiful and the view is amazing. (Do check out cabin 8 and 9). You may get to be close to animals too. (refer to picture) 2) If you are looking to enjoy the stars without much light pollution, this is the place to go. (Suggestion to the staff, please replace the street lamps with motion sensor. So that the place can be darker at night for star viewing. Your street lamps are too bright with no cars moving around. Refer to 2nd last picture. This is the brightness of the room with all room lights off. But the street lamp had spoiled the star viewing from the room.) 3) They provide free car transport to fetch you from the bottom of the hill. (Note: Their didi GPS of the hotel is wrong. The didi might drop you half way off the hill. So better request for free car pick up service from bottom of the hill with the hotel.) 4) The communication with the staff via Wechat is fast and responsive. We are already connected with them before we depart from our country. When you reach Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station, they will also guide you what bus to take and which stop to alight (Hua Mei Sheng Di, not Jiu Zhai Gou Visitor Center) and has their driver on standby to fetch you to the hotel. 5) The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. When we faced trouble with our cabin, they responded very fast and did their best in assisting our problem. 6) The room is a smart room. From the moment you open the door, the curtain will be automatically opened for you, the room will have nice music to welcome you. You can also connect your laptop or phone via their Bluetooth and have the whole cabin turned into a surround sound movie theater. Conclusion: Our stay would have been more than perfect if all the basic facilities work normally and the street lamps can be turned off during the night with motion sensor for us to view the stars. I would recommend my friends or myself to come again if they can take my suggestions and fix the place. =) )

Dit hotel is absoluut fantastisch, met uitgebreide faciliteiten en uitstekende service. Ik reisde met mijn twee kinderen en ze gaven me zelfs een gratis ontbijt. Het beste van alles is dat het heel dicht bij de ingang van het natuurgebied ligt, op slechts 5 minuten lopen ('s ochtends in het hoogseizoen is de weg vol met auto's en mensen, en laatkomers kunnen er niet in). We ontbeten om 9:00 uur, verlieten het hotel om 9:50 uur en stapten om 10:05 uur in de bus naar het natuurgebied. De hele reis verliep ongelooflijk soepel. Als ik de volgende dag geen B&B in Gouli had geboekt, was ik zeker langer gebleven. (P.S.: De B&B in Gouli is ongeëvenaard. De volgende keer dat ik er ben, verblijf ik zeker twee nachten in dit hotel.)

Ik ging met mijn collega en haar kinderen naar Jiuzhaigou. Ik kwam deze plek toevallig online tegen. De service was erg prettig. De huishoudster Xiao Liu was erg enthousiast en gaf de kinderen zelfs gratis ontbijt. Het allerbelangrijkste is dat de chauffeur van dit restaurant je naar het schilderachtige gebied van Jiuzhaigou kan brengen! Weet je, het gebied rond de schilderachtige plek is 's ochtends erg druk, en de chauffeur van dit restaurant kan de handige route nemen. 's Avonds kun je genieten van de warmwaterbronnen en omhoog kijken om de sterren te zien.

Ik heb een geweldige tijd gehad tijdens deze paar dagen in Jiuzhaigou Kuobo Qiongxi! Het vervoer is gemakkelijk, zowel naar het hogesnelheidstreinstation als naar de omliggende bezienswaardigheden. Het hotel heeft gratis parkeergelegenheid, dus vrienden die hier met de auto naartoe komen, hoeven zich geen zorgen te maken over parkeerproblemen. De kamer is schoon en netjes, met een slim toilet en een aparte ruimte om natte en droge ruimtes te scheiden. Hierdoor is het verblijf zeer comfortabel. De service van het hotel is goed, het personeel is enthousiast en geduldig, helpt met het opslaan van de bagage en het bellen van een taxi, en het ontbijt is ook erg uitgebreid. Het hotel beschikt ook over een wasserette, zodat u zich ook onderweg altijd fris kunt voelen. Bij de Banshanxuanjing op de achterberg kunt u genieten van de zon en thee drinken. Het is werkelijk een geweldig hotel, een echte aanrader!
