The staffs are very helpful and delightful to serve. They upgraded our room and early checking in for us, plus gave us extra complementary breakfast due to early arrival. The air-conditioning was a bit warm but ok after late night/ over night. Currently no self laundry equipments on site, not a big deal since we were not in rush. Location is very convenient for all necessities,

酒泉賓館地處繁華地段，周邊吃飯買東西都非常方便，而且停車場超級大，自駕停車太方便了，前台主管薛梅女士，待客熱情，仔細交待酒店的設施，為我們安排了滿意的房間，還讓客服送來了水果，酒店房間大，乾淨，床品舒服，九樓的客房服務員薛秀玲待客熱情，仔細尋問有什麼需要，併為我們送來了小吃，飲料和水果，酒店的早餐豐富，牛肉麪特好吃，還有羊雜湯等特色美食。

設施：中規中矩，其他樓層不清楚，樓層越高感覺越舒服。
衞生：床品和衞生間都很乾凈
環境：在市區內，吃飯購物都很方便。
有情提示：定了兩間，有一間特惠房便宜五十塊不帶早餐（本來是想體驗當地早餐），不建議定特惠房，樓層低通風感覺不如高樓層。
客房迷你吧免費:晚上點了外賣，芬達雪碧喝完了。冰冰涼舒服

設施：房間非常大，窗外可以看到城市夜景，早餐也很豐盛。
衞生：非常乾淨，衞生間東西齊全。
服務：服務非常好，入住時前台送到電梯，還贈送水果；房間裏minibar有免費的飲料。離開時還贈送小禮物。
服務不錯，值得推薦。

西北一路住的都是國賓館類的酒店。張掖酒泉以及敦煌。酒泉是最寬敞且乾淨的。房間寬敞舒適，床品很好。早餐也很豐富，還有酒泉特色的糊鍋。另外這裏離夜市也不遠，兩條街就到。
前台的張小姐特別熱情，給我出行建議，還有餐飲推薦。我的所有需求她都及時給我反饋和幫助。非常感謝！

酒泉賓館很不錯，是老牌酒店了。設施齊全，衞生乾淨、整潔有序。所處位置交通方便、客房安靜沒吵鬧。服務態度超級好，業務水平專一、值得贊。晚上還送歡迎水果、早餐也不錯，退房還送點心，真的不錯，值得推薦入住。
