Very nice stay. Clean room with a view of the lake. Hotel staff are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was not the best though.

酒店🏨離高速路口近，酒店環境好，不愧是維也納，口碑很好，衞生十分乾淨整潔住起來也舒適，入住酒店還有免費茶餅吃和免費的茶飲喝，真的超級超級不錯👍👍👍前台服務也非常親切，整體來説還是非常不錯的！

我是在網上預訂的這家酒店，酒店的設施令人使我記憶深刻，從房間清潔度到床鋪舒適度，每個細節都無可挑剔。前台服務人員態度熱情，細緻入微，讓我感到賓至如歸。酒店餐飲的品質也非常出色，是自助餐，品種很多，美食令人回味無窮。在此強烈推薦這家酒店！酒店可以免費停車，停車場也很寬闊，這邊空氣非常好，旁邊就是八里湖，美的不可方物，清晨打開窗簾，感受春天的第一縷陽光☀️，真的感覺真的很美好，此評論來自內心由衷的感受，強烈大家選擇八里湖維也納酒店🏨真的很不錯！

這次是來旅遊的，前台妹妹很有耐心聽我的訴求，非常熱情的推薦我第二天去哪裡好玩去哪吃，必須點個贊，在酒店附近吃完飯後，就在湖邊散步消食，這種放鬆下來的感覺也太棒了，客房服務員衞生做的很細緻，毛巾被子很乾凈，住的也安心，心情特別好！！

入住時小姐姐非常熱情的接待，給我免費升級了湖景房，窗外就是八里湖視野開闊，環境不錯，下高速就能到酒店還有免費停車場，開車出去找前台掃免費停車碼輸車牌號就行了，交通便利也是我的優先選擇，很滿意值得推薦！

酒店離高速路口很近，停車方便。位於八里湖新區雖然不是靠近繁華區，但是風景很好，後面吃飯也方便的。對面剛好靠近八里湖邊景色非常漂亮空氣很好。入住很滿意是不錯的選擇。下次出門還會考慮選擇這邊的！值得推薦

酒店電梯臟亂差、房間被子上居然兩次看見蟲子被子也有污物、一次性拖鞋透明的比紙薄、浴巾也是黃灰色的、捲紙都是一撕帶紙屑的…總之，就房間裏來講就噴頭出水量好又大；酒店前台客服服務熱情。酒店其它都對不起維也納品牌，這家店設施等太舊太破
