酒店位置在告莊，從告莊出發去各個景點也都比較方便，鬧中取靜晚上睡覺還是很安靜的。每天早上有好吃的米線和老闆娘親手煮的咖啡，可以元氣滿滿開始一天的遊玩。
房間整體挺乾淨的，每天回房間可以看到阿姨很用心打掃，另外酒店各種生活用品一應俱全，買的衣服有脱線的想補補，問了管家，沒一會兒就送上來了。另外我媽不小心崴了腳，老闆娘聽到立馬給了雲南白葯還有冰塊送到房間讓我們趕緊冰敷後噴葯，這幾天也是非常細心的關心問候，給我們一種賓至如歸的感覺。
總體來説非常推薦～

接機接站服務:師傅準時機場接到酒店
衞生：環境乾淨整潔，房間雖不大但五臟俱全
餐食：早餐的米幹味道非常棒，色味俱佳，還有老闆娘的現磨咖啡。
服務：熱情周到，前台本地小哥哥，介紹了一些當地文化和值得遊玩的景點，下次再來。
周邊:告莊景區裏面，走路到星光夜市很方便也不遠，去網紅餐廳 例如婉泰 米幹店……等等 都可步行到達。

在告莊住了幾晚，體驗了3家不同風格的酒店，下次來告莊的話還是願意住這家酒店。之所以願意再入住，是因為不同風格，價格相差百元左右的，這家的前台妹妹服務最好。
1）帶小朋友會給一次性的小童拖鞋
2）辦理入住會幫忙把行李送至房間，差不多大酒店的禮賓服務了
3）寄存行李的時候，看我們小東西有點多，會主動給我們換一根他們酒店的大口袋
4）泳池是恆温的，人不多。
5）早餐算正常吧，咖啡機還壞了，沒咖啡喝

整體體驗超過預期（不是廣告），算是性價比挺高的酒店了，親子房的兩個房間床應該都是2米的（感覺很大），房間裏有配備小童玩具，和睡前故事書。大堂每天都有免費的瓶裝水可以領取，早餐有湯粉湯麪，還有蒸包雞蛋當季水果等，老闆娘還會手沖咖啡。最重要的是從老闆娘到員工甚至是清潔阿姨都很親切，能感受到是發自內心的真誠，這種真誠可能是星級酒店的服務培訓都不一定能達到的情緒感受。至於建議，已經將洗浴間置物掛鈎的需求反饋了給老闆娘，老闆娘表示也正在改善中。
另外酒店在告莊邊上，也避開了告莊中心的擁堵和夜晚的吵鬧。

我們訂的套房，裡外兩間，4個人住，到店時比較早，房間還沒來得及清掃，前台小哥態度很好地幫我們寄存行李，讓我們先去吃飯，回來辦理入住。酒店房間很乾凈，在告莊景區，但還算安靜。離星光夜市不遠，周圍吃飯很方便

這家店雖然在告莊裡麪，但是從地圖看，其實屬於告莊邊緣了，所以打車挺方便的，沒有遇到之前網上説的，告莊裡麪打車難不加價司機不接單的情況，我訂的是雙床房，儘管靠着街道，但是過了11點也安靜下來了，沒有影響到睡眠，酒店也貼心的提供了耳塞，運氣好的話早餐還可以喝到老闆娘做的咖啡，步行去星光夜市也很方便

酒店非常新，房間又大又乾淨，五樓的泳池每天早上會放水，保證乾淨衞生。老闆娘和服務員都好熱情，關鍵每天早上能喝到老闆娘親手泡製的美式咖啡，真是美美噠！酒店離最熱鬧的地方非常近，去哪裡都很方便，總之西雙版納給我留下了非常美好的印象，不像網上鋪天蓋地的詆譭這個城市，什麼宰客啊，物價貴啊，我覺得完全沒有這種現象，西雙版納。等着我，明年冬天我再來！

去西雙版納最好的酒店，乾淨衞生，設施很新，潔具很好，阿姨做的微辣米乾的很好吃，比街上飯店做得好，早餐有小米粥牛奶豆漿，肉包豆沙包奶黃包油條紅薯米線米乾麪條等，老闆娘很熱情，做的咖啡很好喝，連喝了三天，樓頂泳池孩子很喜歡，玩得不亦樂乎，鬧中取靜之所，雖在告莊裡，離星光夜市和大金塔距離剛剛好，不會很鬧，樓頂還有洗衣機和烘乾機，徒步回來洗衣機很管用，適合家庭親子出遊

老闆很熱情，前台工作人員很温馨的在到達前一天聯繫，詢問人員和行李、航班等，安排車輛接我們一家到酒店。
酒店房間佈局很好，乾濕分離，房間很大，很乾凈、設施也很完善，特別是吹風機。每天都有一位很和藹的大姐來打掃。
酒店位置優越，交通也很便利，小吃很多，水果店也很多。
下次來版納，還會來住！
