I liked it very much. Cozy, clean and spacious room. Above-average friendly staff. They speak little or no English (as everywhere) but communication worked, also with translator app, and they were helpful and attentive. For me, location was very convenient (next to the railway station (the one I used), a city bus hub, e.g. to the fort, and some food options)

Great location nearby many restaurants and train station unfortunately not Jiayuguan south
Very polite and helpful staff
Downside was it’s a smoking hotel

Staff said that they had non smoking rooms but this is not true, every room they showed us had an ahstray. they also had a nice coffee machine but no coffee, which made our hearts bleed and our heads explode. breakfast decent, rooms reasonably clean.

Fantastic location right next to the station. Smooth check-in, comfortable and clean room. Would definitely come again.

Great location if you need to travel by train, however, the side facing the railway station is very noisy. Rooms and corridor stank of smoke, but the service was great. Breakfast is okayish.

Not my favourite breakfast (no coffee or tea). Great noodle dishes made for a good breakfast meal. Mostly quiet despite the occasional train horn. Very cosy bedrooms. Good showers. Polite and friendly staff. Ideal location for hiring a taxi for the day to get to major attractions. Not too far from a good food street.
