Our stay at this lakeside hotel was exceptional. The personnel was not only nice and friendly but also remarkably helpful, creating a welcoming environment. The hotel's prime location by the lake, with easy access to main tourist attractions (a quick taxi ride away), made exploring the city a delight. The room was spacious and flawlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable retreat. The breakfast surpassed expectations, with an excellent spread, including freshly prepared noodles. The reception staff demonstrated outstanding assistance, always ready to help with anything we needed. A top choice for those seeking a superb blend of location, comfort, and service.

Wonderful hotel with great service and breakfast. Rooms were very new and comfortable. The hotel is also attached to a mall with lots of food options. Great location too!

Service staff no. 5 at the checkin counter was very helpful as she recommended us places to visit and arrange transfer for us to the train station.
Service staff 32 at the breakfast area served us and was very attentive in her service.
Thank you both for very good customer service. We enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was EXCELLENT. The staff were all so incredibly friendly, and really went out of their way to help us enjoy our time in Jiayuguan, including arranging drivers and other transportation. We also arrived early and they gave us extra breakfast. The facilities were very luxurious as well. Great price for incredible service.

We are traveling through Gansu Province and this hotel was a welcome retreat after a long and busy day of visiting Jiayuguan. The front desk staff were professional and quick to get us checked in. The room itself was spacious and very clean with all the needed amenities. The bed is very comfortable and the blackout curtains help for sleeping in past sunrise. The hotel is situated next door to a mall that has everything you might need while traveling and there are dining spots in the mall, as well as across the street. If you’re lucky like we were, you’ll also find a very pleasant blind massage shop on the second floor of that ***** of restaurants and shops. Overall, we would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is easy to be found and well located next to the park. Parking is easy - there are places in front of the entrance as well underground. The reception team is very helpful and friendly. The language barrier was passed with excellent engagement. The room was very clean. We got a twin room - by pushing the beds together we generated a big bed for 2 adults + 2 kids easy. Next to the hotel are many restaurants. As well the direct connected shopping mall offers a various of restaurants.
Breakfast was really good. The sights are within a suitable range by car. We would stay again.

An excellent hotel - everything you would expect from a Chinese style 5* hotel. Clean, helpful staff, good location, good amenities and I would recommend to a friend!
