The location and staff members were wonderful. I was a bit upset the first night because my room smelled of smoke. This is obviously not the hotels fault as they had no smoking signs. The hotel staff members changed our room, made sure it was de smoked and all the sheets etc were very clean. In addition, they said if they could help with any of our future travels, they would be happy to speak on our behalf. Really lovely and nice to see how hard they worked when someone was not happy.

A massive room, enough space! Some toiletries (such as razors) are lacking. The front desk service was very good though and messaged me all key details on WeChat. Location is decent but no restaurants about. Around 15/20 minutes walk

地理位置很好，在市中心，出行和吃飯都很方便。酒店工作人員服務熱情，給人賓至如歸的感覺，工作效率高還免費升級了房間。入住和退房辦理的非常迅速，另一方面設施完善，房間特別大，是一路上住的最大的，也乾淨衞生，沒有異味。並且提供的早餐種類豐富，味道不錯。值得推薦給大家。

酒店存在欺騙，入住的時候沒有説不哄暖，空調不制熱！衞生又很差，空調面板壞的！地上頭髮，電話臟的直接讓人噁心

這家酒店真是太棒了，還免費升級了大房間，從入住到退房一切都非常順利，工作人員熱情友好，服務周到，讓人感覺格外温暖。房間非常大，乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適柔軟讓我一夜好眠。

五一期間給家人預訂的酒店，房間裡帶浴缸，家裡人超級滿意，説是此次西北之行最舒服的住宿體驗了，另外酒店給了備用品也非常高級完全不輸國際五星級。

可以説非常滿意！高速公路那幾天天氣不好堵車封路的，就近下高速選了這個酒店！大酒店就是環境好！還有地下停車場！！接待也超級好！！下次有機會路過這邊還住這家！！
