Hotel Yatrik

At the time of arrival the room is not ready and they make me wait for 1 hr to ready the room and take 1 hr to bring water in room after multiple calls

Perfect hotel to stay in jhansi with excellent amenities and it has proximity to most places in jhansi.

Very dirty room seepage smells sticky floors dirty towels, bed sheets, pillow etc very bad ventilation

When i checked in, i realised that the room may have been occupied just before me and was not even cleaned properly. The bed felt like someone had used it, food plates were left inside the cupboard and i found the toilet wasn't flushed properly. It was night i was tired and so decided to make do with what was available - i disposed the plates outside my room and asked for a towel, since it was missing. After waiting an hour and calling multiple times, i had to go downstairs and ask for one myself. And the people in the reception don't even smile!

Reception area was quite good but in room furniture and washroom bathroom all are very old.

Very bad experience with the hotel rooms, not worth of money, power switches were not working, no tv remote was there washrooms were like a public toilets. Even ********** rooms are better than this.

Very bad experience with this hotel. They don’t know how to run hotel business. According to them me and my spouse should have same address in adhar only then they allow us to check in. They straight denied for check in than i have to show them me and my wife’s pictures with family. Coming on rooms, rooms are 3rd class lodge type dirty room dust every where, washroom was horrible and bedding are to much dirty. Over all very bad experience. Never ever book this hotel.
