Hele fijne kamer! Na een upgrade zaten wij op de boveste verdieping met uitzicht op Halla Mountain.
2x ontbijt bijgeboekt. Ruim buffet met heel veel keuze uit zowel Koreaanse als Westerse opties
Kamer was netjes, en werd goed schoongemaakt.
Personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam

首先，作為攜程的中等鉑金vip，我很少評價，也很少售後。出門在外不求百分百滿意，衹求半稱心。但這家酒店真的超級差，660的價格家庭房，房間衹夠放兩張床，這是其一。其二，衞生很差，入住的衣櫃門上有疑似噴射的血跡還是巧克力醬，如圖所示。床單枕頭髮黃，浴巾破舊不堪。第三，服務差到離譜，洗衣房的洗衣液無法購買，我通知了前台，等了半個小時，告知我去前台買。我下樓去了前台，又被告知回洗衣房等消息。終於，忍無可忍，發了脾氣，拿到了前台人員直接從前台拿出來的兩袋洗衣袋。最後的最後，這家酒店歧視中國人，全部人員沒笑臉，見到中國人入住就要五萬韓元按金，其他國家的人不用按金。萬分噁心！！！！失望透頂！！！

對這家酒店非常不滿意，當然這裏麪也有攜程的責任。
首先我們定的是海景房，一張雙人床➕一張單人床，但攜程上顯示該房型不歡迎小童這類入住，很迷茫這個家庭套房的定義，詢問前台 説是可以攜帶8歲以下的小童。其次也沒標註加一個成年人的收費標準。
衞生：我們連定了兩天，中間那天的衞生打掃可以説是敷衍至極（我們摁了打掃房間的按鈕）
服務：歧視中國人，沒得洗。前台翻白眼，不耐煩。衹能説濟州島酒店很多，這家位置不是最好，價格也沒有很便宜，何必不選擇一家各方面都不錯的。

The hotel is located right next to the sea - do ask for a sea view room :) It's super close to black pork street, dongdaemun market and has a CU, MacDonalds and 24hrs Martro downstairs. The 24hrs Martro has all your groceries needs (stock up on water). Only negative part is car park is limited - if you come back later they will park your car for you and you won't be able to access it till next morning 7am. Room is okay sized. Does not come with amenities so bring your own :) Nice to go for a quick walk in the morning by the sea

Hotel room feels retro and serves just the basics.
What I like was the free underground parking for my rental car, although lots are not guaranteed if you arrive late.
Location is good with 5-10 minutes walk to black pork street and shopping street.

The location is great.. room pretty decent… thiugh hotel service like toothbrush refill of tea is very poor.. they dont provide toiletries; amazing laundry service…
