Its five stars hotel but still need some services . There is impolite staff working with bad moody make a visitor feel like he was coming by free anyway i like the buliding and enjoy with breakfast .

Rubbish ，目前為止，住到最垃圾的喜來登，前台的工作人員根本就不是服務，態度簡直就是讓人氣憤😡😡😡，入住安排了對着垃圾桶的房間，説是攜程就是這樣的房間，我不接受，我願意加錢升房間，當天來不及，説好第二天給我換房間，結果第二天去找根本當沒事人一樣，説要等經理會給我打電話，結果到了晚上也沒人給我任何消息，又去前台，説打不通我電話，無語，我就算了已經過了2晚，知道****有時會停掉房卡，特意問了這個房卡能用嗎，他非常蔑視表示當然能用，結果我連電梯都進不去，又回去找他，結果到了前台他跟我説是因為我把卡跟手機放在一起了，我也算了，我也信了，結果當我出了房間拿了另一張卡，結果又失效了，真的😑無語，到了退房，我要一張清單，不是發票，告訴我等會，等了5分鐘我問什麼時候好，結果又一臉嫌棄跟我説，沒有，你可以在APP上下載，我～～～真的是～～～

Marriott group usually offers very good experiences but with Sheraton Jeddah it's a nightmare. I stayed there for 3 days on business and they asked me if I want to charge extra on my credit card for any consumption. I said yes and they did. While checking out, I gave them the same credit card asking them to make sure to cancel the amount on hold from my first day. As a results I was charged twice my stay. I wrote to them several time since 3 weeks and no answer. I will never stay again and recommend all others to do the same...very poor customer service, fully unacceptable.

The Sheraton Jeddah Hotel offers a luxurious and serene escape from the city hustle. From seamless check-in to impeccable service, the staff ensure a memorable experience. With the exception of some staff at the Front Desk - Mohamed - Front Desk & Imran - Guest Services/Bell Desk were exceptional and their customer service was great. They need to train Samahad & Dhana at the front desk their customer service skills. Other than these two rude staff members, overall, it was a great stay and Mohamed & Imran were very helpful to make our stay comfortable. Rooms are spacious and elegantly designed, providing comfort and breathtaking views.

Room - Spacious - clean and tidy - smells good - Enuf space to work and keep clothes Bathroom - Good - well maintained Laundry Service - Best i have seen in the recent times Food - Being a vegetarian is not hard in Jeddah if you stay in Sheraton and request is immediately taken up seriously - i got a special veg item daily at my brkfast table - thanks to Maria, Yanesa, Chef Shirinaj and Milan
