Traditional hotel where lots of hotel nowadays doesn't have.
Clean and nice view. Bangladeshi housekeeping staff were very helpful and accommodating. Front office girl were nice too.

At first booking, there is a lot language barrier then . You need to understand Arabic language or use google translate

Very bad experience. At Check in time a young lady was at the Reception, her dealing and RENZ Manager was not appropriate.
The accommodation was booked by me for 3-Adults whereas I was provided with accommodation which enough for only 2-adults (a room with double bed) not for 3 adults whereas my wife and son were accompanying me. For 3rd adult RENZ provided me a steel folding type bed with poor mattress and a low quality blanket by charging me additional 100 Riyals.
I wanted to stay my extend for another 2-nights at the same Hotel at Jeddah but due to their inappropriate dealing and attitude I was forced to change my accommodation to another Hotel.
Trip.com is requested to reimburse me 100 Riyals, additionally charged to me by RENZ whereas the accommodation was already booked and paid for 3-adults for 1-night.

Good place but they dint change the blanket and pillow when we ask for room cleaning. the wifi internet is good. more improvement is needed.

They have bad visitor care, and they don't care whether you are a happy customer or not, as well as they don't care if you are willing to visit them again.
They depend on the low price they put on this website to attract customers.
The cleanliness is Okay, the furniture is a bit old, the location is excellent, they provide iron and towels especially if you asked, there is a kettle in the room.
The city view would be great if the windows were clean since they haven't been cleaned for a while.
Although I was on a business trip, and my office was near this hotel, I will not repeat visiting this hotel again.
